Was asked to submit videos of me using the item, photos of before and after etc. Jumped through all of the hoops and was only offered 30% refund even though I was well within the 100% money back period and had done everything they asked. Refused the partial refund and have since not had any responses to any further email communication since the summer!
Hard lesson learned! Avoid at all costs.

I ordered this product and within my first use it made me bleed quite severely and I followed all the instructions provided on the website and personally by email.
I emailed for a refund, to which I had to email at least 3 times for them to acknowledge I wanted a refund instead of sending me stupid information.
I provided all the evidence they asked for in terms of getting a refund for the 30 day money back guarantee. This again took 3/4 times for them to acknowledge and reply. They offered me 30% to which I declined, they offered me 50% to which I declined. I have now received an email to say I will be getting a full refund so we will see if this goes through.
It has now been 2 months with constant emails to which most were being ignored. I highly recommend you DO NOT order from this company!

I ordered the product and directly changed my mind. So I contacted the company and asked if they could cancel my order. Two weeks afterwards they advised me to "just" not accept the package when it would arrive as it would be sent back to the origin then. That's what I did. Exactly as advised. And here we are three months later still in dispute with the "company" who is refusing to delete my open due payment in klarna which is just adding more and more fines for not paying on time for something I never received but they refuse to update in their system! Absolutely frustrating and really not recommended to waste your time and energy or trust this company and product!!

Actually, I would like to give 0 stars, but that is technically not possible. It does not work painlessly. The pain comes after the application. And to remove hair at all, you have to use more force. It also takes much longer than a wet shave and the result is very uneven.
I wanted to return the product (there were two in the order, so one was still unused and in original packaging), but customer service stopped responding. I then sent it to the return address at my own expense. It was delivered but never reported to Klarna as a return. Thus, I did not get my money back until today. The biggest audacity was then: the retailer sent without warning or communication, my return back to me. Absolutely absurd and frustrating. Just do not buy from this company! This is a case for the police / a court.

Do not buy from this company. I followed all the instructions and ended up visiting my doctor and needed steroid cream for my underarms. This caused a severe , painful and inflamed rash. I had the most horrendous experience with Unik, and I feel compelled to share it with others to prevent anyone else from going through the same nightmare. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service from this company is truly shocking.
First and foremost, I placed an order with Unik, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my purchase. Little did I know that this would be the start of a frustrating ordeal. When I went to purchase the razor, it then suggested I buy the pre-shave and after cream and the picture shows both including the razor. I ordered this product and it gave me a horrible rash on my bikini area plus made me bleed. I reached out to the customer service asking for a refund because this product is not for me.. my skin must be too sensitive for it. I ordered the 2 pack and asked if I could at least send back the product I didn’t open for a 50% refund. Even though it clearly states on their website a 100% money back guarantee they offered me a 30% refund… like $17 which I spent over $50 after shipping. I screenshotted the 100% guarantee and now they’re not responding to me at all. Horrible company! I’ve emailed 5 times in the last month with zero response for any type of return.
