Avoid!!!

Ordered 31st Oct to guarantee Christmas delivery and still haven't received anything. I have emailed several times and they do get back in a day or so saying they have had set backs due to covid etc. I've requested today that I get a refund. If they don't honour it I'll dispute through credit card. Should have just bought an oodie.

UPDATE 1: Now got my bank involved as had no more contact. I checked my bank statement and its come out as 'Lily Rose Lyon' which is suspcious.

UPDATE 2: my order has now need dispatched and I have tracking numbers. I have since bought others elsewhere as I did not think they'll be arriving and got my bank involved.

Here are some more issues I've found.
1) Looking into returns policy and they have to be postmarked 30days from purchase date. It was posted 38 days after purchase date that they even posted the items.
2) Have to post items to America and postage has to be covered by myself. I was under the impression they were coming from Europe not America! (They are posted out from China)

3) All sales prices are final. So even if i could return them, as I bought them for £19.90 which most the time they are, I can't!

UPDATE 3:
Items arrived on 7th Jan after 68 days. Items are poorly made and very small. Not a 6XL. Now I have no idea where to go next. I have been well and truly conned.

Just like everyone else. They've ignored all my emails asking for a refund. I'll be going to my credit card company to retrieve my money. Do not shop from here

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. 1 month after ordering still no hoodie. Very poor customer service, I keep asking for a refund and they ignore it. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

AVOID I wish I looked on trust pilot first

I wish I looked on trust pilot first.

I have recently Bought four of these snuggle hoodies. I have yet to receive a confirmation email to say I have bought them. When emailing customer service the responses I get back are extremely generic it’s like I’m speaking to a robot.. and completely deflecting my questions insisting that I look at the delivery times stated in there website which is 5-6 working days for the company to even send it out in the post and up to 8-14 days for delivery. I just want a dam order confirmation!.. That time scale stated takes it past Christmas. Ordered stuff from other independent companies on the same day and they are due to be delivered this week.

Absolutely horrific customer service to say the least. When looking for a business address nothing at all is on the website which I find rather odd to say they are suppose to be a registered business within the UK..

I’m yet to get a confirmation email (if they send one) I have spent the past three days attempting to email this company with little response back. very quick to take your money but not happy to respond to emails “we remain at you’re entire disposal for any further questions” just answer my dam questions appropriately.

I’m yet to look forward to the agonising curtain twitching wait for the post man to see if I get anything from this company judging by other reviews & it can be up to 5/6week! Or not at all. Horrific for a supposed English company.

after reading the other reviews I don’t want anything from this company I’d just like my money back. it won’t be here for Christmas so that’s one less present going under the tree.

Morale of the story should of used PayPal or my credit card and always read reviews first!.
If I could give the company a 0 or -5 I would.

Terrible Experience

Seems to be the same experience as everyone else wish i had checked before! ordered on 7th November and didnt think much of it till i realised it had been 3 weeks since order and no confirmation (but did get 14 marketing emails in this time). Got a dispatch email with a tracking number that doesnt work. No contact from Sweety and no response to email. Looks like ill need to chase for refund with credit card company. Wouldnt go as far as to say a Scam, but even if products arrive now i would not recommend

Over a month and still waiting

Over a month and still waiting. Wish I'd checked the reviews. A few people are saying that it took five weeks so I'm not giving up hope. I'll give it another week and then go to Paypal to launch a refund.

Not a scam, but DON'T waste your time buying from these jokers!

[Edit: Ok, my order did eventually arrive 5 weeks after I ordered. After being given a constant runaround with generic templated emails (over 15 emails back and forth got me absolutely nowhere)! The tracking ended up being for Hermes, not Whistl as stated by the seller. No tracking showed at all on Hermes, or any of the multiple other tracking links the seller provides. At least, not until the day it was eventually delivered.

Product looks ok quality, despite some reviews saying it was rubbish and not at all as advertised when their orders eventually arrived. Maybe I'm just one of the "lucky" ones.

So, yes, in closing - not a scam, just a very awful and unreliable attempt at a 'business'. I would never shop with them again, and would advise no one else does either to save yourself the weeks or hassle!]

Oh boy, I really wish I'd checked some reviews before ordering from these scammers! I've had EXACTLY the same experience as all the other recent reviews. Ordered on the 7th November, original delivery estimate came and went and was then replaced with a new delivery estimate. At this point I was told by their customer services that my order was never actually dispatched when I was first told that it was - but that it has now been dispatched. It's been nearly a week now since I was sent my second dispatch email, but there is still no tracking details showing. I've had over 10 emails back and forth with their customer service who just say that my order is in transit and ignore my requests for some sort of refund. I've now initiated a chargeback request from my bank. AVOID!!

SCAMMERS, please avoid!

SCAM! Placed order 6th November for 3 hoodies, still not received anything. Their tracking service is clearly just a sham, the tracking number provided is not recognised by Royal Mail. Multiple emails have been sent to them for information and a request for refund is being ignored by their ‘customer support’ team. Constantly being told that the item is being prepared to ship out to me but the weeks go by and nothing received. Please avoid placing an order on this site as they just take your money with no intention of providing goods. Will be reporting them to trading standards.

DO NOT ORDER! SCAM

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered weeks ago and suprise suprise no delivery within the estimated timescale. The tracker then updated with another estimated delivery window.
I have emailed customer service and each time I receive a response in broken English, never actually answering my questions! Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews beforehand! I have managed to make a claim through my bank and got my money back. The "business" should be ashamed of itself, especially within this current pandemic.

Hmmm, where is my package?

Forgot I ordered initially as it was so slow to deliver. Emailed customer service, still showing as not shipped... waiting another week and will claim a charge back. Poor af service for an apparent british company. Sounds like their shipping everything from China direct, hence the massive long wait on shipping like others have had too.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company, I ordered 2 hoodies for presents.. Recieved email saying parcel has been dispatched.. Never recieved parcel I've emailed them weekly with the same reply that parcel is on its way.. Absolutely disgusting.. Scam

Ordered weeks ago, nothing!

Ordered weeks ago, was sent tracking information for the item, when the item didn’t arrive by the date given I decided to email the company, heard back stating that there are stock issues (despite getting numerous promo emails to buy more products) I’ve since emailed a further 3 times and received the same reply “we reassure you your item is ready to ship” why isn’t it shipped then and why does the tracking information say that it’s sent? Stay away if I were you, wish I’d read the reviews earlier.

This company deserves 0 stars. They said I’d have my order 9th November. First of December and still not received. Emailed them regularly and had abysmal replies. They blame the fact that stock has run out yet they use the age old marketing scam of saying there’s only two items left in stock. Will he approaching my bank to recall payment as this is disgraceful. What a waste of £50

Would give less than 1 star if I could! Stay well clear been waiting almost four weeks, was given incorrect tracking information and have emailed 4 times a week at least asking for the correct tracking with no response, eventually emailed asking for a refund or tracking information where I eventually got a reply saying they could not refund as order had been dispatched but again no mention of correct tracking details, stay well clear, big time scam

Wouldn't even give 1 star, still unsure if I have been scammed or not but highly recommend nobody to use this poor excuse of a company. Ordered over 3 weeks and have been told numerous times it's on its way. Stay clear everyone

Hang tight... they do arrived!!

Ordered 2 light grey hoodies over a month ago, sent a couple of emails asking where my order was for them to send the exact same email back to me twice saying there was a delay is shipping. Delivery dates kept changing. However the hoodies have finally arrived..... but they are 2 completely different shades of grey & the quality and packaging is vey poor, to the point. I have re ordered from another company with next day delivery! Much better quality.

Will never use this company again!!

absolutely pathetic

absolutely pathetic company. ordered 3 weeks ago, expected delivery date given was 27 november. it's now the 30 november and the tracking information provided doesn't actually tell me anything. i've contacted the support address on no less than 4 occasions and had the response "your order is on the way" despite asking specifically for a new expected delivery date. to say that i am fuming is an understatement!! meanwhile, they email me 3 times a day promoting their discounted rates! ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS
