Their website is a trap, they say I bought stuff that I didn't. Charged me $9.50 shipping saying I opted for quick postage, still took a week to get to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED- Product and Website.

I had no idea I was on subscription

I had no idea I was on subscription. Even their name says TRY rosabella. It does not say sign up for life. They shipped me a 6 months supply in 4 months. Why do I need 6 months??? I have asked to cancel the shipment but I have gotten no reply after 3 emails. I don't care if their product is the best on the planet, I hate the way they have treated my emails by ignoring me!! Never again!

Fraudulent activity

So far they have attempted to charge me 3x after my initial one-time purchase. I did not sign up for a subscription. Fortunately I locked my credit card so their attempts have been declined. I've sent emails and have gotten no response from them except more attempts to charge my account. I just want them to stop.

Has placed an unauthorized, recurring charge on my credit card

2nd update in response to their request for more info...: the original was "Order #1871467". The second, unauthorized shipment has the subject "A shipment from order #2347053 is on the way".

Update: I have heard back from their customer service about my email disputing the recurring 'subscription' charge, which they said they've cancelled and sent me a screen shot to confirm. At this time, the second shipment (and associated billing) seems to be something I'll have to continue working to get reversed...

Filled my original order promptly.

Unfortunately, after 60 days, they sent me a notice 'wow! thank you for another order!'

However, I did not place such an order or authorize a recurring charge or shipment.

Calling the phone number from the original order (notably, the second, new charge on my credit card doesn't include the phone number) and charge on my credit card, I only get a message to email any concerns I have to their 'help@try...'. I've done so and have not heard back yet.

And my credit card (Discover, which is now merged with Capital One) says I must get the charge reversed by the merchant!
