Heather McLellen was very patient and genuine when she helped us better understand what we were looking to do with our debt. We had tried a different program a few years back and was caught in a bind still owing at the end and finding it hard to put trust in anyone else. Heather took the time to explain everything in detail review different programs with us and find us the best available plan that would help us over a short amount of time recover and get our lives back in order. She was very kind and relatable with our situations and we put our faith back into someone that genuinely sounded like they wanted to help us get our life back.
