Not only is this likely a fake product as it did not lower my A1C at all, but they will do a subscription and autocharge you while refusing refunds. They do say yes, we will do a refund, but they don't actually do it, it seems to be a scam company out of China.

Don't believe their money back guarantee. I've been trying to get a refund since summer 2025. Last message in Aug said they were processing the refund and here it is Dec 22, 2025 and now they say they are too busy to handle refunds at this time.

Do not BUY from this company. Firstly, you are signing up to a subscription service without knowing and you have to contact them directly to cancel. They are also not in the UK so expect considerable delay in the order. I am now in week 4 - waiting for my order to arrive and they are making excuses - the latest is they have had a surge of orders. Don't they mean they have a surge of money in their account without supplying the product to customers. Complete SCAM
