Better Absorption
After switching from mushroom capsules to Mushio mushroom extracts, I finally understand the difference in format. The liquid extract feels cleaner and more effective, likely because it’s easier for the body to absorb compared to mushroom powders or sugary gummies.

Honestly so impressed by this product
Honestly so impressed by this product. I felt an intense difference from the very first drop. I have incorporated both Lion's mane and Reishi into my daily routine, couldn't do without it.
I wish they had a monthly subscription, I'd like this delivered to my door as soon as I run out!!
