I had concerns with shipping and customer service
I had concerns with shipping.. thought this might be a scam ripping me off because I emailed them three times and never got a reply. I did end up getting my product in a timely manner... but have concerns with customer service. I even communicated with their online chat bot, which said I my concerns have been accounted for and I would receive a reply soon and never did.

I love these and will keep getting them
My boyfriend smokes nicotine and I always do when I’m around him. These help me keep from doing that and he even uses them sometimes too! And they taste so much better in my opinion. The product is nice, great flavor, good battery life, no nicotine.
The customer service is quite literally non-existent. I'm not sure this company even exists outside of being a shell corporation for some money laundering front scheme. If you need to cancel your order or get a hold of customer service, no you don't. Or at least you better hope you never do, because you never will. Just call your bank and do a charge back if it ever comes to needing assistance.
