NEVER received pillows…4 months later! I’ve reached out SEVERAL times & get the usual “sorry for delay in transit” BULLSh*T! DO NOT ORDER from Kuyami!!!!! They are NOT a trust worthy company! St thus point no pillows! 1 WANT my money back! And it’s not gonna happen! Buyer Beware!!!!!

Ordered sheets 2 months ago, never have received my product. Contacted customer service and they said they would look into it. Have never heard back. Scam, do not order from this company.

Order king size sheets very poorly made.
Absolutely terrible fit. The quality could not be any lower. On top of all that, they refused to exchange them or refund. Don't waste your time or money!

Very poor interactions with the customer service reps. No Tracking ID provided and order was "confirmed" 7 days prior to any response from customer service. I am disputing the charge with my bank and getting my money back. Fraudsters.

Poor quality, doesn’t respect their own return policy.

Complete scam artist do not buy this pillow - this is the cheapest worst pillow I have ever experienced they refuse to issue a refund I’m going to contact the fraud department

I ordered a special deal where buy two get 2 free and also a free bag of mushroom gummies. I only received two pots of gummies and one mushroom gummy, i got in touch with customer services after several attempts to contact them finally got back to me and said that I was lying. And they sent out all 4 and the mushroom gummies, absolute disgrace. I would not recommend them at all, i paid for these items and I have not yet received thm all, i really can't believe I'm being called a liar. I contact them straight away after they arrived to say they were short, and i'm being treated like don't something wrong i'm a liar.

Pillow arrived with a funky smell. I tried everything I could to clean it/remove the smell. Nothing worked. Reached out to Kuyami to get a refund or to initiate a replacement since I purchased a warranty. I was told that a refund was impossible due to hygiene reasons. I was also told that a a replacement was also not possible because the picture I had to send showed no damage. So now I’m out a pillow AND the $44 to purchase the stupid thing. DO NOT waste your time or money with this brand. They do NOT stand behind their products.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered the “buy one get one free” sleep gummies — only one turned up, and it didn’t work. Asked for a refund… still waiting. Can’t even find where to cancel the subscription. Maybe the gummies worked — they just put my money to sleep. 💸

Huge disappointment in regards of this pillow I purchased these and when they were shipped, they came rolled up in a bag so I assume they would start to fluff up as they were in the air and sitting out for a while. This did not happen. I contacted the company on two different occasions with no reply so now I’m leaving a review here to save your money and do not trust this company
