Do not order from this company

Ordered these redlight glasses as they said they are a US company. They are NOT! The glasses did not help my vision but seem to make it worse. Contacted customer support for return since fully guaranteed for up to 90 days. They said I had to ship them back to China! First, they offered me 20% of cost. Said no way. I shipped them back and waiting to see how long it will take to get my refund. Now I found out they charged me for a book that was suppose to be free for $29.99 and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Bad customer service

They show a 90 day no questions asked return but keep trying to convince you to keep product. It's day 2 of requesting instructions to return and still nothing.

This is a very fraudulent company

This is a very fraudulent company. I can’t speak for the device itself, but they do not stand by their 90-day money back no questions asked return policy. They will ask you 100 questions.
Their site states they are fully shipping from the US. The product ships from China. If you want to return the product, they ask you to ship back to China on your own dime. The request to pay return shipping is not even the issue. It’s that they are asking consumers to pay return shipping to China despite their site stating very clearly that it’s a US-based product. Customer Service will give you the run around when trying to return. They will offer you a 20% refund if you keep the item and move on. Basically there is no way to return the item and get your money back. Thankfully our credit card company reversed the charges.
