I called the customer service

I called the customer service, I did reach them 1 minute later, the guy gave me all the informations I needed, he was really nice, polite and efficient. Probably the best experience I did have with a customer service since I am living in Sweden. Five stars.

The agent told me the car insurance is…

The agent told me the car insurance is canceled yet after half a year it turned out I have unpaid invoices because he cancelled my private insurance instead of car insurance...

Hemförsäkring, badrum, vatteninfiltration

There was a water infiltration in our bathroom in November 2024. Now five months later, no repair has even started. Trygg Hansa sent 3 times a company to investigate if the damages were covered by our policy. The company measured humidity, took down a wall, removed the floor. Three times the company categorically said yes, it is a water infiltration covered by the assurance policy. There is no one at Trygg Hansa handling our case. We need to call every week to make things progress. Now Trygg Hansa asked a third company to prepare a repair quote. The price proposed was 2x under the market price (we asked quotes from 2 other companies), obviously they are dumping the costs. We are absolutely disappointed and unsatisfied by Trygg Hansa, they claim loud to care about customers and their well living but this is just advertisment.

Uncorrect

Uncorrect. I have only asked online a calculation how much would it cost. Their system made a contract anyway. But no email about it. After 2weeks got a paper letter. Then I asked them to cancel it. And after i got a bill over 400 kronor for nothing. Absolutely not correct.

We’re sorry that you're not satisfied with us. It’s possible to just calculate a price through our website, but you’ll need to actively accept the insurance before a contract has been made. But if you don’t want the insurance then you still have 14 days to cancel it.

I live in a high-rise apartment

I live in a high-rise apartment. After my neighbor's apartment caught on fire, the corridors stank of smoke and so did most of the flats about the one that caught fire. My jackets which cost a lot of money, stank so much I couldn't get the smell out after watching them. And after back and forth sending information to the insurance, they sent me 200 kr. I immediately changed Insurance company.

Abusive prices

I hired insurance for my car without understanding much of the system and they are charging me stupidly high prices that I can only cancel after a year has passed.
