I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a classic story of overcharging for a overglorified device without taking any accountability for their lack of device quality and unreasonably high price. Combine that with nearly nonexistent customer service, unreachable by phone, and you have yourself nothing but a scam. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, AND SPREAD THE WORD

Poor Customer Service Communication / Shipping Issues

I had ordered the Journey Pack (Solano ) with 6 flavour cores. The product itself is of good quality (albeit, a touch expensive). With my shipment I did not receive the 6 flavour cores I had ordered. I reached out to their support who was very quick to reply to me suggesting they would send out the missing items and would provide tracking information (Sept 27).

I had no reply from them for 3 days so I replied again to inquire if there were any updates on this. I was advised that this would be sent to a 'specialist' that would assist with getting me tracking information (Sept 30). Another 3 days have passed with no communication from their support.

While the product is of decent quality, I am very displeased with the lack of communication from this company. Due to opening the product I am no longer eligible to return it (I understand the reasoning), but I have no ability to return the flavour cores as they were never shipped to me (essentially theft to the tune of $80), leaving me with what boils down to an expensive fidget spinner.

I am extremely disappointed as I had hopes to use this product to quit smoking, only to have them drive me to purchase another pack of smokes. Hoping this review will caution others who are looking to order directly from the company.

Edit: As of October 4th, their specialist team did follow up and shipped the missing items from my package. I changed my rating to reflect this as this is a step in the right direction.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had

Believe the reviews calling this a scam.
I placed an order in AUGUST. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support but have heard absolutely nothing. Gave them £127 for a load of frustration and nothing else. My tracking number clearly shows its lost in the post. And they are just outright ignoring me. HONESTLY DONT BOTHER.

Try a paper straw first, it has the same effect and will save you money

Received my 'journey pack' spending £114.00. The device was extremely flimsy which I was quite disappointed about after spending that amount of money. Nevertheless, I was onboard and overly positive wanting this product to be just like the makers described it. Something that would help me kick my bad habit for good. My honest opinion, remembering that I badly wanted this to work, is what a gigantic waste of money and absolute con this FUM product is. The flavours are very weak, you can hardly taste them at all. The FUM device literally does nothing, you would get the exact same effect sucking on a paper straw from McDonald's and save yourself a lot of money. Instead of helping me kick the bad habit, it just made me angry for falling for such a blatant con. I contacted FUM's support team hoping that I had a defective device and to also inform them that my order was incomplete as my toppers had been forgotten. I requested a replacement device because of course, no refunds (another sign of a blatant dishonest company) and I requested my missing items. I quickly received a long generic email (another sign that other people experience the same issues) informing me that my email would be passed onto their special team to respond to my query. I'm still waiting for that response (final sign of a dodgy, dishonest, scamming company, they've got your money, so they don't want to know). I never leave reviews, however on this occasion I would like to warn anyone out thinking of getting this product to really have a think about it first. Instead, buy yourself a pack of paper straws and suck on them instead. You get exactly the same effect as this piece of drivel without having your pants pulled down paying for a badly, flimsy made product.

Glad I did not subscribe

This has a horrible mouthpiece ad I did not like the flavor of the cool mint. I tried 1 of my friends Mango, and although it was a different scent, it still tasted like dishwashing detergent. I would not purchase again. Sorry. My advice is if someone would like to try it, get the 1 time unit first.

Deplorable Customer Service and Shipping!

I like the product and it will definitely help me quit smoking IF I can find a flavor I like. However, "customer service" is NON-EXISTENT! It's email or nothing and they promise to get back to you but never do! Flavor core packets ordered on Sept. 15th and STILL have not arrived by their lousy shipper DHL. Fum Lifetime device

I bought one of the Lifetime (Prominent) ones in a storlast week. I am glad I did as I have heard horror stories about ordering direct. I like the device but I do not trust this companies business practices and will only get the cores from the trusted brick and mortar shop I go to. I don't regret the purchase as I am using to decrease/stop my vaping and seems to satisfy my fidget! Its a nice well made device , nice and solid, not plastic. But, the jury is still out on how well it will work to get me totally nic free! Its different from smoking and vaping, not for everyone, its a different experience. But, its growing on me.

Update: No where on the website says not to inhale but to do mouth only?! Great!! I have been inhaling all week long!!! This company needs to clarify this on the website upfront and center!! Going from vaping ecigs and smoking, is a inhaling action so most ex-vapers/smokers are going to instinctively do this! Need to make this fact very prominent on their website on correct usage of this product!! Disappointing.

The product it’s self is ok but I also subscribed to get cores sent every month but they never arrived I messaged them twice and they just said it would be escalated but I’m still awaiting a reply and my product or a refund. For the price they charge I would stay away and go with a cheaper more reliable alternative - even after they replied to this and me contacting them again as they requested i still got no reply and nothing was done.

Not worth the price

My husband bought this for me to help me quit. The flavors are nice but it ran out after maybe 10 hits. IF THAT. Very expensive for what you get out of it.

I love the feel and the wide variety of flavours

I love the feel and the wide variety of flavours and though a heavy smoker 43 years, I have cut down a lot. tried patches and gum. No success, Vaping hated and did not trust. This is really helping. From 40+ to 28 2 weeks ago and this week 20. Used to buy 2 sleaves at a time, now two packs . this time. will take pills from Doc. There are two types, so will try one and then other to test both. I can fully recommend Füm so far, but nicotine has to leave my system which can take a long time

I really like this product

I really like this product! I'm historically a light smoker, about 3 cigarettes a day. I ordered the minty cores since I smoke menthol and it's surprisingly satisfying. You get a nice throat hit and the flavor is strong enough. I don't know how a heavier smoker than myself would feel about this product, but I'm very pleased.
(The only glitch was shipping; they said the package had been delivered, but it didn't actually come 'til the following day.

Do not buy

Didn’t realise this product was a single use crap plastic tube. The adjustable airflow is rubbish, the flavour tastes horrible all for £27!!!! Says it will last 10 days. Disgusting plastic crap. Do not support this company whatsoever.

Buyer beware

I ordered two disposable just to try on September 5 2025 and paid almost 90 dollars. Got an email thanking me for my purchase and an order number. I havnt heard boo since or received anything in mail. I sent an email to thier support breath email and I got a technical message back today saying something went wrong and the message can’t go through!!! I hope this isn’t a rip off/ scam but it’s starting to look that way!! Buyer beware !! Don’t order from them!!!

SCAM

SCAM! I orderered on Sept 4 for over 170$, until this day haven't received the package. Tried to contact support @ breathefum.com several times (with order number), never got any answer. I'm now trying to solve this with my bank and Im planning to make a police report.

definitely helped me quit!

Ordered a fum journey package with all the flavors. Being a vaper for 7 years i wanted to give an alternative a go. The flavors felt weak at the beginning because i was used to some much stronger with vape juice. I've been using fum now for 2.5 months and it made me quit vaping and nicotine for good.

Got the vanilla one of one time use, after 2 days it lost flavor, 3 days it died, asked support for a replacement or refund incase this was just an error , they said no since the product was open and used.
