I looked the idea, but reviews are so bad I won't be buying

this has to be a joke. its an EXTREMELY over priced toothpick. its not worth the money in the slightest, so i just made my own for a fraction of the price lol

Product delivered promptly and I haven’t vaped for 5 days, so result all round! I’m not keen on all the flavours but have settled on the menthol one which I do like. Excellent product in my opinion - does exactly what it says on the box! Don’t understand all the negative comments.

It's a shame to see others have had a bad experience, because for me it was the complete opposite. They went above and beyond to get my order to me asap. I placed my order knowing there would be delay (as stated on their website) but as I had a holiday coming up I thought I would drop support an email to see if there was anything they could do to speed the process up. Not only did they manage to get my order to me within 10 days (just in time for my holiday!) but they also offered some freebies for the shipping problems they have had. I couldn't be more pleased. Casey from support was super kind, friendly & helpful throughout. Thank you so much. I will be recommending Fum to all!

Ordered 2 months ago. Still not back in stock. Asked for a refund. No reply after multiple attempts. Basically stole my money. Next step will be the Ombudsman. Will keep informed how I get on.

Ordered weeks ago and the order still hasnt shipped.....but it's the lack of communication that's the most shocking. I've emailed and messaged on all socials with zero response....over £100 wasted by the looks of it.

I was really excited about getting this little gadget. I hyped myself up about how this was going to help me quit smoking until I read their T&Cs... Essentially, they devolve any and all responsibility once the order is shipped - if you have any issues at all with your order you're left on your own and have to fight with the couriers over it! Anyone living in the UK knows that this is totally pointless and you'll never get anywhere with them so the chance of you totally losing your money is literally 1:2, not to mention you're also then liable to pay any extra tax/customs if the parcel arrives! Given this is not a cheap product and would require a few additional cartridge purchases I'm glad I caught this before going through with my order. Really disappointed but I guess I dodged a bullet.

Love the concept of this, but god forbid you change your mind. Ordered on 06 July, changed mind shortly after receipt. There is no returns label provided, so you need to ship back to Texas at your own expense. Clearly the money back guarantee isn't as straightforward as they make it seem, and their compromising measures are unsatisfactory (to be fair to the company I'm yet to hear a final answer so this may change). Customer service agents have been really pleasant however there is a time delay likely due to different time zones. I think the concept is brilliant, but non-US customers should really reconsider before buying as the returns process is very poor should you change your mind.
