I bought what is called "Yumiebud Noise…

I bought what is called "Yumiebud Noise Cancelling Earbuds For Sleeping". I paid 134 in a supposed end of year sale.

The product I received is "Remax - Dreamer Sleep buds Z2", which seems a much cheaper product? And doesn't have a strong noise cancelling, which is what I bought in the first place.

as of today, 05 Feb they have refunded my money in full.ar mason jar sealer…

I ordered one konijar mason jar sealer on Dec 8,2025. I have contacted the company four times because there was no tracking. At one point I did access tracking into that indicated the item had arrived in Charlotte 29Dec 2005. It is now 22Jan 2026 & I have not received the item nor a refund. And the company is no longer responding to my concerns.

Very poor experience

I ordered a snowboard helmet as a gift on 11/28/25 and received a confirmation that it was on the way 11/30/25 with a tracking number. This was the first indication that the item was being shipped from China, but when I checked the order status on the website it did not show it was processed or sent . The company has no phone number for customer service so I responded to the email on 12/4 advising I had not received a confirmation that the order was processed and asking for a realistic time frame that I could expect delivery and stating that if I would not get the item before Christmas I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. I received an email on 12/5 saying they would check on it and delivery would occur 7-12 days. I had to email again on 12/8 to ask for an update and said again if it wouldn't come by Christmas I need to cancel and get a refund. On 12/9 they emailed that the order was lost and they reprocessed it and told me again 7-12 days. I asked for a new tracking # and they provided it the next day. I watched the tracking but once it got the US it sat for over a week with no updates. Needless to say it did NOT get to me before christmas. I emailed on 12/29 requesting an update and demanding a refund if the package was lost again. They responded 12/30 that due to "high volume" there was a delay and offered a 30% discount. I responded I would accept the discount but asked again for an update on when I could expect the order and verification it wasn't lost. They responded that the discount would be refunded in 3-7 business days. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THAT REFUND. I had to email again 12/31 ad tell them I still needed verification that the package wasn't lost. They advised on 1/2 to confirmation was not. I did receive the helmet on 1/3. It was OK but poorly packaged, not in a box, just the helmet thrown into a non-padded plastic envelope. I feel lucky that I got it and it wasn't damaged but other than receiving reaponses via email the experience was horible. From the huge delay in shipping and receiving, to promising a refund that never happened, to very poor packaging, to not being up front that the order was shipping from china, I will never order from this company again.
