Good features

Video showed all the4 features associated with foor therapy. I suffer with diabetic nuropathy on my left ankle mostly. The message and heat options help to ease the pain in the ankle and the numbness.

I gave a 4 star due to issue with the batteries.

I gave a 4 star due to issue with the batteries but I'm working thru that. Each time I charge them they get better but still not up to operator manual times. I like the way they feel while in use and I think they will be beneficial over time. I have neuropathy bad and it will take some time to see what results I get.

Ordered one item, they changed my order and doubled it and then charged me twice. Customer service rude and NOT helpful. Won't let me return the items I did NOT order for a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND - if you want to order the items, get it through Amazon. SCAMMERS
