I have had natural curly hair all my life and suddenly my curls started going flat as I reached menopause. I tried these products and absolutely nothing changed except that every time I used the products, my hair was crunchy, weighted down and what little curl it did bring back fell out within the hour. Total scam!

Fake company, don't answer emails. Been 3 months and I still haven't gotten my delivery

While I understand that not all products will work well for every person, the '30 day money back guarantee' the company offers is a straight up lie. Firstly, if you used a discount code, you are ineligible for a return, but it's nearly impossible to avoid a 'discount' when you are on the site. I tried to contact customer service multiple times and got zero response. I also attempted to reach them through Instagram, and I was left on read. No response. It is worth noting that they seem to scrub any negative comments from their Instagram, which seems to be where they are pulling their business from. Buyer beware. Look for reviews that aren't sponsored by the company for the real lowdown on the products and their complete lack of customer service.

Horribly experience. Decided to order for my son. Right after I hit checkout it never took me to a cart and had a pop up that said that product I selected was best for longer hair and if I had shorter than shoulder length hair that I needed a different product - and they would offer it to me for the same discounted price. So I clicked ok. It then immediately just completed my check out and charged me for both products. I never got to review the order and confirm. Then I realized the first product was set up on an auto renewal even though I specifically checked that before I even decided to buy bc the site looked a little shady. I immediately emailed the company and said to cancel both orders. They kept offering me options like we can cancel this and continue with the original product - I repeatedly said to cancel the entire order and refund me and to cancel any auto renewal. Multiple emails were sent but no resolution. Weeks later I got a shipping notification- I immediately replied and said I requested to cancel this order. Do not ship and refund my money. My reply “we’re sorry, we are unable to cancel orders after they have moved to the shipment.” My head exploded. I forwarded all the emails I had sent and I never received a response. I worked with PayPal to get my money back. Fun fact my son had buzzed his hair before the product ever arrived and we never even opened it. Horrible company and total scam.

It's not good. Like it just doesn't curl your hair at all. What's the point. Money back guarantee totally ignored as well. They refuse to refund. Had to get a chargeback on my credit card. Ridiculous.

This is a scam. They took my money and no confirmation no product. F this punk.

I dont Understand The Bad Reviews This is my favourte Cream Ever!!! It dosent makes your hair curly but it makes it wavy and you need to use other products like Matt Pomade to Make it look better The Price is a little bit too expensive but its okay Im going to Order often Here!!

Absolute garbage. Bought the “value” pack will 100% be trying to get my money back

It is a scam! If you want curls you should go to the hairsalon.

The videos they use are snips of people doing their hair by other means - not by using this product!
The product does NOTHING for your hair other than smell a bit nice.
Support is useless and to get a refund you have to ship product back to the US which cost more than what you paid for the product.
Shipping is slow to UK customers.
Simple answer - don't buy, dont use, doesn't work, promo videos are fake, social media posts are fake - AVOID

After seeing this product advertised all over TikTok I thought I’d give it a try.

After claiming to add waves and curls to any hair types. It definitely doesn’t. The only thing it does is make your hair greasy as hell.

It’s not added a single bit of texture to my hair at all.

I reached out via email asking for the satisfaction guarantee that they offer and they ignored the email.

Do not fall victim to this scam.

Ordered a month ago Never turnt up spend a lot of money on a product that hasn’t even arrived! Tracking keeps disappearing emailed for support and to get a refund no reply absolutely pissed off do not buy this product it is a scam!

Product os a total scam do not buy as I have been informed it doesn’t work on all hair types which isn’t stated on there website and they have incredible poor customer service telling me this Cool. while you're at it, take some grammar classes, and learn how to use punctuation. which is highly unprofessional

Absolutely terrible. SCAMMED Out of $80 for their Curluxe 4.0 Ultra curl which guarantees to turn any hair type into curly. All the product does it make dry hair wet, if I wanted a wet look hair gel I could have got some from home bargains and saved a fortune. They have a 60 day guarantee, I realised after two uses that the product does not work the way they claim. I had to chase and chase to get any response to a refund claim. When they finally responded they asked question after question despite having a "no questions asked" policy. Finally they send me a returns label, which was NOT pre payed and had an address for China. Thanks, I'll spend another £15 on shipping your useless tiny little tub to the other side of the world for it most likely get lost in transit. P.s. ever heard of sustainability and environmental awareness? P.p.s your product smells like fish, which is just the cherry on the cake.

This product does NOT work unless you have natural or permed curls. The ad is false and does not give you curls from straight hair. They never responded for the money back guarantee.

Bad experience with buying here. Not mentioning any type pf eta pf delivery on their website. But giving the options for premium diamond uk delivery or whatever they calls it.

Just to take 4 days to even process the order, and then 15 days to deliver.

You shouldn't misleading people like this.
