Hi Amanda,

We do not set up subscriptions automatically. You chose to click the subscription option that gave you 20% off our product initially. Had you not subscribed, you would have paid full price.

The subscription details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not in tiny print and are very much in bolded print. If this was something you somehow did not see, blaming it on us is not ideal. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us.

We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their second charge. Since we did not receive a cancellation request before then, the subscription renewed as scheduled.

We do not under any circumstances take false accusations lightly. If you would like your order canceled and refunded, please reach out to us at support@trycure.org and we will make this happen without any hassle.

We do not setup subscription automatically you choose to click the subscription that gave you 20 PERCENT OFF OUR PRODUCT INITIALLY! Had you not subscribed you would have paid full price for our product!

Regarding your second charge: this order you placed was placed with a SUBSCRIPTION that gave you an additional 20% off our product. The SUBSCRIPTION details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not in tiny print and very much in BOLDED PRINT. If this was something that you somehow did not see, blaming it on us is not ideal. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us.

We are sorry to hear about the damaged syringes. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our fulfillment team, it is in the hands of the courier, and mishandling during transit is something we cannot control.

That said, all you have to do is reach out to us and we will gladly send you a free replacement, no hassle at all. We stand behind our products and want to make sure you have a great experience.

Hi Nahely!

We do not under any circumstances take false accusations lightly.

Your order was placed on September 30th, giving you plenty of time to review the charge on your bank statement. Additionally, you used a discount code from us to receive the lowest price possible. A discount code can only be applied at checkout, not in a shopping cart. Your card details were manually entered during the checkout process, which we cannot acquire if you had only left items in your shopping cart without completing checkout. There is no “automated Shopify/Shop connection” that charges you, which makes no sense.

You have now waited until the product is out for delivery to raise your concern, and now that the order is hours away from being delivered, you threaten us with a chargeback. This is an attempt to receive both a refund and a free item. You are a scammer and not the first of your kind.

Additionally, you do not have a subscription with us, so there is no automatic direct debit set up without your knowledge. This claim is entirely false.

We will not let you bring down our company with false allegations.

Please reach out to support@trycure.org and we will send you return instructions in order to have your money refunded.
