Fast shipping & easy to use

I never received my order, and after weeks of waiting, I was promised a replacement that was never sent. When I followed up, they claimed they would ship it after the Canada Post strike ended, but even then, they took no action. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and complete disregard for their customers have been infuriating. I’m out $100 with nothing to show for it. Save yourself the frustration—this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and not worth your time or money.

The Melatonin Diffuser is a great product and definitely met my needs.

Placed an order in September. Still have not received it. They have no idea when they will ship it they fob you off with 2-8 weeks. No real shipping time. They said the same in November it will be shipped end of December and there is still no clear answers. The support manager Amanda has an outrageous title of ‘support’ because you get NONE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great product. My girlfriend and I both love the melatonin and the calm. For being non chargeable they last a long while

It took 3 months to get to me but this is a really cool product. I love the diffusers, they are safe to use and portable so you can bring them with you while you travel while you go to work or really just for anything. For anyone experiencing anxiety or insomnia this is such a great tool that is safe for your body. I highly recommend cloudy!

Defenitly give all effects advertised has a nice pull and continues to impress mebwith the packaging

First of all, the order I received was in a horrendous state. Not in a box or anything solid to protect my order, just a cheap padded envelope. Now, about the free sleep mask that came with my order: it is one of the worst sleeping masks I've ever tried in my life. Super uncomfortable, bad design, and overpriced. Not only did it come without packaging, but it also feels cheaply made. I guess now we all know why it's free when you order.

Now about the Cloudy diffusers: one of the product boxes was damaged, but luckily for you, it didn't damage the diffuser itself. My first impression when I held the diffuser was that it felt cheaply made—not a surprise, honestly. I tried the Calm diffuser first, and it actually tasted disgusting and didn't give me any sense of calm at all. The Focus diffuser was the worst among them all. It literally tastes like car tires, but it kind of worked, so that's a point for your cheap products. The Caffeine diffuser had an unpleasantly strong mango flavor. Despite that, it always squirts some of the oil extract. The flavor would be good if it wasn't too strong. It didn't give me anything, just like the Calm one. I hated it. Now about the Melatonin diffuser: its only positive aspect was the flavor. Other than that, it didn't help me.

Overall, your products aren't good or useful. Overpriced for nothing. Now everybody knows the reason for your discounts and deals.

My rating for the Cloudy diffusers and the sleeping mask is 0/10. A waste of money, and I wouldn't buy it again. (:

The calm and focus are my personal favorites. Have a box to my boyfriend and he enjoyed them as well. Would recommend to anyone who gets anxious.

I got my starter pack of cloudy diffusers and they are great. The website is easy to maneuver and it came quick to my home. The diffusers are nice and I use them daily
