Waited and waited and kept chasing up. Eventually received some powder packets but not the kits I ordered .
Still am chasing but think the whole thing is a scam
I placed an order for TryBloom soap, but it never arrived. There was no update or communication about the delay, and I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and customer service. I expected better – this experience has made me reconsider purchasing from TryBloom again.
I ordered soap from Try Bloom expecting a smooth and timely delivery, but unfortunately, the experience was far from that. The product took much longer to arrive than promised, with no clear communication or updates during the delay.
To make matters worse, I noticed an unexpected €2 charge on my bank account related to the transaction. This was never mentioned during checkout, and I find it unacceptable to be charged extra without prior notice.
Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency and reliability. I expected better service, product and clearer communication. I won’t be ordering from Try Bloom again unless they improve their customer experience and billing practices even after contacting the company, no results of better service.
