Horrid

Firstly, they could not find my package and customer service stopped responding to me when I asked for proof that it was delivered. 3 Weeks later it randomly turns up at my door I feel this it to stop people using the 30 day free return policy.

Ive taken this to Taiwan and the only thing thats I am impressed with is the top opening design 10/10.
The luggage itself is cheaply made, the built in scales are not correct (all 3 in my set were off by 3-7kgs)
The wheels would have to be the worst, I felt like i was dragging a boulder. There is no gliding.
