Trustwallet support is very slow
Trustwallet support is very slow. I haven't found a proper solution to the problem.
Support is non existent
Support is non existent, leave you in limbo.
People would definitely stay away from Crypto if they dealt with this type of service regularly!!
They are constantly making a person…
They are constantly making a person prove who they are. One day a buy will got through then the next they say they need more financial info that might take up to 7 days to verify. They charge to much in fees to make you stand still waiting. Meanwhile the purchase is no longer available or on sale any more.. I'd give their customer service a minus 10 and as for usability and user friendly, a minus 15. Just another group of middlemen on shaky ground charging an arm and a leg to buy bitcoin. I deleted my account today. I should have two years ago.
Trust Wallet has been one of the worst…
Trust Wallet has been one of the worst financial experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly warn others to stay away.
I was unable to receive funds, and when I finally did, the transactions were delayed for days with no explanation. Eventually, I was pushed toward using a so-called “offshore partner” where I was told my funds would be processed. That’s when things went from bad to worse.
Once my money was in this offshore system, I was suddenly unable to withdraw anything. The entire setup feels shady, and now my funds are completely locked up. I’ve been given no answers—just vague excuses and runarounds.
When I reached out to Trust Wallet support, the representatives were completely useless, offering canned replies and doing nothing to actually help. Even worse, there are tons of fake accounts impersonating Trust Wallet support, which creates a dangerous environment for users trying to recover their money.
Now I’m stuck in limbo, with my funds essentially held hostage, zero transparency, and no reliable support. This company either has serious financial problems or is outright scamming users.
Save yourself the time, stress, and financial loss. Avoid Trust Wallet at all costs.
Funds gone
transferred my wallet to a new phone (old one ia broken) using a secred phrase that was writted down and used for years. Got into wallet, but it shows 0 crypto. Tried to add them, doesnt work. Useless shit. Support didnt help at all. They say the phrase is wrong even though it has been written down for years and used before.
Trust Wallet is a joke!
Funds in a "secure wallet All protocols followed. Less than a week funds gone. Dont tell you till later that T.W. doesn't actually hold the crypto. They are just a front company and some who is obviously unsecured holds it and can use T.W. to steal it.
transfer crypto from
transfer crypto from Binance to trust wallet is easy. Like it.
Simple and safe
Instead of holding altcoins on cryptoexchanges, it’s always simpler and safer keep them on trustwallet. No problems with access or transactions. It’s solid for storing crypto tokens.

🤬 I startede using Trust Wallet when it had these cool functions integrating other instances like Binance.
First i made a payment of $41 for the gas fees for an exlusive VIP reward. Second i was told to transfer $70, a total of $100..
The man decides to lie my right in my face and says: Now its $200 and an even greater reward. What an obvious scam 😓 never use alternative instances like this one (Trust Wallet) and other places that might hold scammers to make payments. Always use the realiable ones..
I had XRP and it disappeared and I had…
I had XRP and it disappeared and I had proof of it and they pretty much told me to bad. No investigation. Stay far away. Wasn’t much but would have been a game changer for me if it does what they say. How can people connect to your Trust wallet and do this? It should be called I’m scam you and help them.
I need real people to attend to me
I need real people to attend to me. support is automated so i couldnt get my issues sorted. so painful. my funds are just locked up .
There are a bunch of people ( scammers
There are a bunch of people ( scammers? ) on Telegram demanding you give proof of funds by loading $ 5 K in SOL onto Trust Wallet. It's interesting that they ONLY will accept a Trust Wallet screen shot they are not interested in proof in any other Wallet. Go figure ?
It’s really absurd that they are asking…
It’s really absurd that they are asking for proof today otherwise that take off the review.we wrote a review last February and it was actually my friend who ordered the flowers and never received them.now she already returns to her own country especially this dishonest florist blocked us on WhatsApp.which means they planned this on purpose!!
don’t understand why don’t ask for proof last February !!!!
Are The flowers company and this agency colluding each other!!!!
stupid fees
Fraudulent wallet
Withdrew funds into trustwallet.
Trustwallet wants $500 to withdraw my own funds.
They are a fraudulent wallet!!!
Scam
Non-existent support. I wanted to contact them to ask if they could get me back some money that I had sent to bcgame which told me to deposit 50 dollars and then withdraw what I had won and now it tells me to deposit another 100 dollars which I will not deposit because it is a scam and they stole my money... and I would like to get it back because I need it
Trustwallet
Trustwallet is very bad app. Trustwallet authentic wallet. Trustwallet is very actual and faster transfer wallet to exchange.
They added $150US in fees after I…
They added $150US in fees after I agreed to the original fee of $70US. They added .50 in trx fees and changed the amount I got from -0889 Bitcoin to .0878. It cost in total nearly $300 for a single transaction when it was supposed to cost an agreed $73. All without my agreement and done during the processing. They are deceptive liars and thieves. Ignore the wallet reviewers who get fees for their reviews and links. This wallet is as dishonest as it comes. The wild west of crypto at its worst.
