If they remove reviews for being negative how are they meant to be trustworthy?
They're a corporate mouth piece for badly behaving companies to smoke screen behind. Not a genuine consumer experience focused company.

Also, what happened to my last negative review of Trustpilot? Seems to have vanished also.

Hello, I have had a emergency, spoken to a roofing company that was supposed to fix my leaking roof today, everything was arranged but nobody turned up. Spoke to him on the phone and said someone is on way but is out shopping at the moment. Leaking water is more important than shopping.
Please don't contact a firm called pioneer roofing LTD from worksop because I are unrelyable and never turn up. So now I am still got water coming through my roof.

The experience was good and amazing

Brian was our tour guide with an amazing personality, stories filled with humor, facts and good fun. We had a great day exploring with him filling us in and making it a memorable day...we will be back for more tours

You guys are trash, and I want everyone to know it. You will remove genuine reviews, but if someone posts something fake you will keep it. You are backward as hell. You are a terrible company

So I have logged a review about a university customer service. The review was like most reviews already logged. Yet Trustpilot only removed my review that did not contain any unprofessional behaviour or explanation. I logged a complaint and asked for an explanation and still haven't received one. Logging a truthful review about discrimination for some reason offends Trustpilot. This clearly speaks volumes about its clinental

The problem with companies today they can't seem to figure out how keep themselves out of POLITICAL ISSUES!! You are to provide a service NOT YOUR OPINION that's the customers job. If you want to be reviewed or keep reviews then SHUT UP, SIT DOWN & TAKE YOUR HONKS!!!
