ETC continues to disappoint!

Even on expedited service, you still have to call in multiple times. Even with a dedicated rep I could not get a call back to get confirmation that things were moving forward. I finally called the general number and then that rep was able to conference in the dedicated person.

The DOI sat for 6 days until I sent an…

The DOI sat for 6 days until I sent an email and told them the IRN was wrong. No one even contracted or reviewed it and I am gold LEVEL. Also why do I have to retype and re upload the exact same info on a subsequent Draw Note. The person and property address is all the same and ETC already has the PDF loan files. We should be able to enter IRN and it pulls up everything except for the method of sending out the Draw funds.

Real Estate Transactions

I invest in real estate in my account. Rarely do the transactions go smoothly. A recent transaction required numerous calls to Equity Trust to get the transaction completed. I was sent incorrect documents several times. I never heard from my so-called liaison. The transaction went down to the wire. I was losing credibility with the other party involved in the transaction.

Having problems with the ACH process

Having problems with the ACH process. Payments have been made for 4 years and all of a sudden they stop going into my account. Hope we can track the money down! Looks like I will have to go back to the manual system. Very sad.

Gold Service is outstanding with some room for improvement

Gold Service is outstanding with knowledeable, helpful, friendly consultants. Telephone access is very good with minimal hold times. Gold Email support is generally good, with occasional hiccups where requests are dropped. The myEquity portal is useful for occasional access, but does not serve frequent users well for managing investment properties. Likewise, the Bill Payment Wizard is useful for infrequent, but not frequent use. Prepaid cards are quite useful, but not available for land trusts, which greatl diminishes usefulness for real estate properties.
