I ordered on line black watch Fortuna Azul and the watch was delivered 2 days later paid 59.99 on delivery
When I opened the package they delivered the wrong watch not the one I ordered
I telephoned them for 3 days never received an answer emailed them 4 days running they never replied
They guarrantee their service and refund policy but they can not be contacted after delivery
Never deal with this company

A very bad experience form a point of customer experience

A very bad experience form a point of view of their contract. For a service that simple they provide a contract which is invoiced only once, against which they send a direct debit every month. That on itself from an accounting point of view is weird to say the least.

Secondly apparently their contracts have a notice period of THREE months. We were about 30 days too late and were presented a full years invoice again at 1188 Euro

The way this company tries to hold its clients for us is too much expecially given the fact that with all solutions out there, its far from cheap.

Though contact was always good, seperating ways feels as extremely client unfriendly

Abusive, outdated and poorly supported for modern e-commerce platforms

After working with Trusted Shops for nearly a decade, I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience — especially for other small businesses considering their service.

First, their **app performance for Shopify and WooCommerce is far from adequate**. The integrations are clunky, slow, and often unreliable. In contrast to other review platforms that offer smooth plug-and-play solutions, Trusted Shops feels outdated and poorly supported for modern e-commerce platforms. It often creates friction in customer journeys rather than adding value.

However, the **biggest frustration lies in their cancellation policy**, which I would honestly describe as **abusive**. Despite giving notice and clearly stating that we no longer wish to continue, we are being forced to pay for a **full additional year of service**, amounting to nearly **1.000€**, for a tool we are no longer using or benefitting from. There was no flexibility, no reasonable discussion, and no understanding — just strict enforcement of a clause buried in a lengthy contract.

After 10 years of loyalty, we expected a fairer and more respectful offboarding experience. Instead, we’re left with the feeling of being penalised for leaving — which speaks volumes about how the company values long-term clients.

There are now many more agile, user-friendly and customer-centric alternatives on the market. My advice? **Read the small print very carefully**, and think twice before committing.

They are charging me direct debit…

They are charging me direct debit payments for invoices that have already been paid, and despite several emails with supporting documentation, they continue to insist on charging me a fee for a fully paid invoice. The most striking thing is that, despite the evidence, they continue to insist on demanding amounts plus late payment fines.

Poor integrity not to be trusted to give genuine customer a fair platform

Had a very poor customer service experience with a Spanish company. I wrote an accurate and fair review of this company as I wanted to ensure other customers (English or Spanish) did not experienced the lack of empathy and attitude. Trusted Shops did all in their power to ignore the truth of a genuine customer experience to defend their Spanish company against all the evidence including removal of an accurate and genuine experience of Spanish customer service. My advice would be to be very wary of the integrity of Trusted Shops Spain!!!

Total nonsense

Total nonsense, according to trusted shops there is nothing but positive reviews for online trader “ Oteros.es “ yet if you go here in trust pilot it’s negative review after negative review on that trader. To top it off under European regulation 14 money back guarantee applies across Europe so there is no need for trusted shop, shambolic and quite frankly fraudulent as both trusted shop and trust pilot have a significant contrast in opinion on the online trader Oteros.es lies upon lies and to top it of MRW the distribution company never ever deliver your goods and I was led to believe I was using SUER delivery as per oteros website to only find MRW are delivering, had I known this company was going to carry out the delivery I would have NOT purchased the trainers…..!!!!!! Misleading information provided on the website

Good costumer service in Spain

Hi had a issue with a package lost by the transport company.
They handled the issue and talked to me, nothing happened finally, the package was recovered.
The mistake was the transportist but hey assisted me in very good way to explain me my ways to fix it and supported me very kindly in phone in spanish.

This is an unreliable site BACKMARKET is totally unethical

Do not trust their rating for BACKMARKET. I don’t know how BACKMARKET is achieving this, but I’m guessing it is through the use of computerized bot reviews because this place is nothing but a cover for 3rd party sellers, and not trustworthy ones, but rather absolute sleazebags.
