I wanted to tried a trial version that I could not load.
After contact with your service, I was sent a link that was not a trial version.

Yous ad seem OK so I decided to buy a version.

Now, it is nothing like Microsoft and the basic you give is not worth the price as there is already free version equivalent and better.

Quite a few bug, and and the answer from you service was You can still used it it should work. It will take a few weeks before we lookat it.

The PDF,does not even print properly, the email tell me that my version is not installed, the excel like to basic for me, in Word, a lot are missing.

Not happy with the purchase, a total lsot of money and time to tried. I needed a good software for pdf and email. Problem with both. The rest are absolutely useless for me.

There's features I'd like to have. For slides, I want to remove the background in pictures. I couldn't find that function. For animations in Slides, I want to change the pivot point on objects and images. Power Point has the first feature I mentioned, but not the 2nd.
Adding both would surpass PP capabilities in image manipulation.
A 3rd thing, allow images to be skewed, adjusting perspective. If you have 4 corner controls, allow each corner to be moved individually. You could resize portions like a forced perspective. I hope I've described it well enough.

Great alternative to Microsoft. User friendly, great price.

Far too many emails. Once a month would probably be OK, but everyday is just too many.

It's decent for what it is but it has the worst spellchecker I've encountered. You can't just type and go with your train of thought. Find myself using google to spellcheck the spell checker, so frustrating.

I'm still getting there...wish I could talk to a customer support person that could help me figure out some things.

I was really impressed. The customer service is fast getting back to you, the product was REALLY easy to install and use. The programs are so similar to excel and word there was barely any learning curve. I highly recommend!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! There was a slight misunderstanding when I first bought the software... most likely on my part. I wrote to explain that the Family Package was not a good fit for me. I was willing to to make things right from my end but Denis (Operations manager, I believe) stepped in and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Best customer service I've seen in a long time and I'm an old man...so trust me on that!
I was a Microsoft Office user for many years but the somewhat recent subscription model irked me a little. I Truly needed something new (see what I did there?) and fell upon this product and although I haven't had much time to assess yet, I'm sure there will be no issues and I can almost guarantee that I will never go back.....This company will be successful and I'm happy to be among one of the first customers for this product. Keep up the great work!!!

I could not have completed the download and syn'd my MS documents without Bryan's help. Bryan ROCKS!!

Talking to Bryan... again. He says other people work for the company too, so I'll just have to take his word for it.
Bryan has always been helpful and polite and my problems are always sorted quickly. This past tech support call was an expired license. I just needed to re-input my license key, but I was using the wrong key (the first key I has was problematic, and I forgot there was a second key). Bryan knew right away what the problem was and didn't scold me for idiocy... I appreciate that !!

Truly Office finally has provided me (for a great bargain) Mail which nicely integrates tasks, calendar, contacts, and mail, of course. I've been looking for a mail client like this for a long time and I am glad I found you. This app alone was worth the price for me.

I've been using MS Office for a while, using TrulyOffice is very close to it. Enough so, I've cancelled my MS Office subscription and am now using TrulyOffice exclusively. I'm not finding a reason to go back.

I thought that this smaller, simpler version would also work on my iPad so that I could work on documents on the go. But, I doscovered that it’s not possible to use Trulyoffice on anything other than a MAC. A definite disappointment.

So far your product is what I was hoping for. Works as well as my previous office products. Support was extremely helpful as well.

Got Truly Office as a replacement to MS Office. So far does everything I would expect Office to do. At a much better price.

Works as advertised. Compatible with all my previous MS Office files.
