My husband and I were given a voucher in July 2024 however firstly I was ill following surgery and now my husband is unwell so we are unable to do the experience next Tuesday.
I explained to Truly Experiences and they have gone above and beyond and now we can have an experience when my husband is well and also one that is nearer than the original.
What a firm, I can’t tell you how brilliant it is to find such brilliant customer service (particularly from Desi)

We had to cancel our experience because of COVID but Truly Experiences have been very efficient at reinstating the voucher and getting us booked back on at our chosen date and time. Desi was incredibly helpful by email and very clear with the information she sent us so we knew exactly what we were booking. We have already recommended Truly Experiences to friends looking to make bookings and wouldn't hesitate to come back to them again. Customer service this good seems to have become very rare these days.
