Very detailed planning, Amar was very professional in his explanations as to how he would plan everything.

You did a plan for me and stuck to it. Very friendly people who put terrified me at ease. Great follow up on the day after to ensure everything was good. Shared and recommended you via my social media following my implant journey so far.

Had my surgery for full dental implants on the 17th march. Dr junaid did my surgery. From entering truly dentist Manchester, I was greeted with politeness and kindness form everyone. I felt so relaxed and at ease by everyone during my surgery. I didn’t feel any pain and was cared for exceptionally. I’ve been home 1 week and had a couple of calls from truly to check up on me. I cannot believe how quick and easy everything was. Still no pain only tenderness and sore obviously around the gums but thanks to everyone at truly , I feel relaxed and so happy.

I went to truly dental after searching for a good amount of time. I decided to go with them as they were professional from the start. I had the full work with then, teeth extraction and complete set of implants 6/6. From the start at the initial consultation i felt welcome and well attended, was explained in great details what I could expect following the sugery and following months. My temporary teeth broke while on holidays abroad, they tried to find someone to fix it even though it was between xmas and new year. Just had the final product installed, they made sure it was seating comfortably in my mouth. Overall, my experience was very satisfactory, I highly recommend over going to Turkey or other cheaper destinations.

I dont wish to be overly critical, as in the main I have been looked after, with a standout being Sergio the location adminstrator. However, I am starting to lose both my confidence and patience with the number of times that I have had to return to remedy issues, some minor, others more impactful.
I was due to have my final fitting last week, but when tried out, the bite was well out, now I not only have to wait for another final set to be produced, I need to visit the clinic again this week for a further set of measurements. A similar issue arose with the 2nd set of temporaries, where they just didnt fit when tried.
I dont know where the issue lies, but as a customer paying a not unsubstantial fee, I am somewhat dissapointed and concerned.

Everyone in the clinic was perfect and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

I spoke with Chloe Burk on Friday and she explained everything I needed to know. She was very informative and a pleasure to talk to I will be calling on Wednesday for a consultation

I find the staff here really friendly and helpful, they speak to you about ever day things not just dental.
I'm getting an implant done, I've had no issues and my dentist includes me in what she is going to be carrying out, answering my questions if I have any
This dentist was cheaper for my procedure than most of the other Glasgow dentists that I contacted.
That is the initial reason for coming here but glad I did because of the staff now.

Had my surgery done by the one and only DR Jimmy, I have to say the whole experience was pretty dam great ,from the receptionist to the coordinator Moyra .they made the experience and myself feel easy .
The surgical staff were incredible.
I had oral sedation, to be honest it was a lot more easier and im not kidding I only felt one injection and even that wasn't painful
My experience was really surprising, I can honestly say I didn't feel any pain at all.even on my second day ,all I have is a tiny bit of swelling.
DR JIMMY was brilliant, such a nice guy and Dr Blanca and the other surgical staff and assistants were excellent too ,can't fault anything I got done yesterday. First class service.
Yes ,its a little bit more expensive than going to Turkey but and its a big but .
I felt it was worth using Truly Dental knowing they are local to me and worth the extra cost.
It's 5 stars from me ,that's my opinion and its sincere.

After watching your advert saying you'll price match any Turkey quote in the UK, I had an appointment with your Glasgow clinic. The man I spoke to, Sergio, was very helpful and when I said about the price match he said he'd speak to his manager. Next day Sergio told me that the price match was only available in London. That is not what you're advertising. A bit disappointed.

Just under a week ago I went in for full mouth implants. I cannot fault the treatment I received or the fantastic and reassuring way I was dealt with. Everything was explained about what would happen and what to expect after treatment. Huge thanks not just to Dr Ross but the whole team involved. Very professional and caring. Top class and at a very competitive price (big reduction if you pay a lump sum on the day) Super happy with results so far and am sure this will continue for further appointments. Did my research and definitely made the right decision going to Truly.
