My technician, Michael R, is an incredible professional. He is polite, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and conscientious. Michael is a great ambassador for the TruGreen brand, and I wish I could give him 100 Stars instead of only the 5 allowed!

Michael had a trainee with him today. His name is Tristian, and he will be a great technician once he gets his own route. He was cordial, professional, and attentive.

Both of these gentlemen are based out of the Brunswick, OH branch, and I hope that the Brunswick Branch Manager recognizes them.

Kudos to both Michael and Tristian!

For the second time, this spring the person who sprays the lawn has killed plants with a very large machine that sprays all over the yard with no control whatsoever. He drives around, the wind is blowing like crazy. Whatever solution he uses then lands on my newly sprouted seeds in the garden area. Just try and call the number on the several cards that are stuck in the yard saying keep off the grass to complain, and find out its for new accounts only. Apparently, there is no way to contact customer service to cancel or complain. Do not use this company if you want a nice flower garden, they do not care about your efforts.

Irwin was very helpful on the phone here in Aburndale, FL. I have a new years resolution to get my lawn in shape. Ĥe was explained the
plans and pricing, and I was very satisfied with the call! I will be reviewing the service when I receive it in 5 to 10 days.

It is now 2 hours later than when I filed my first review and the person from Trugreen that called me earlier wanting to do some more work for me even after I told him NO, and to leave me alone. I know that it was the same person because it was the same phone number. Based upon the number it appears to be coming from his personal cell number which is 843-293-6966. It looks like I will have to take legal action against him and TruGreen.

I signed up with this company to fertilize my yard. I canceled my agreement with them when I realized that only part of the yard had been fertilized. After I canceled the service I was harassed by several different employees wanting to know why I had canceled. That was a month ago. I just got a call today from the man that had been originally designated to do the fertilizing. When I told him that I wanted nothing to do with them because of the prior service. He insisted on telling me that my shrubs have a problem and he wants to come treat them. I said "NO" and hung up. He then called me back to pester me some more. I again hung up on him. These people do not do what they tell you they will do. I will never trust them again.

They have continued to pester me today even though I told them to leave me along. They just do not know how to take NO for an answer.

I will be filing a complaint with the state consumer complaint division about their behavior.

I signed up for a summer of lawncare and paid for the entire summer. I received service on April 26 and as of July 1, I had not received any further service and I have a lot of weeds. I have cancelled all remaining service even if there was going to be any.
