Really poor customer service

TruGreen started out great my first year of service. On the second year, I had to complain because the technician was not treating my backyard. They then sent someone out to treat the backyard. I really remember not paying for half service. Then the technician just stopped applying the weed treatment as my service plan stated. I called again and was told someone would be out, but was not given a date of when they would come. After waiting 4 weeks I cancelled my service.
