What a scam like other reviewers described!! I have cameras, they come and see no one is home and don’t do what they say!! I have video coverage of the crap job they did! Kid ran with fertilizer through my yard n missed most of the yard! They were supposed to be seed n aerating and did not!! Manager Alan said he would personally come there today! He didn’t! Another guy showed up n did not do what was supposed to be done again!!! I just called to cancel services! My yard is now a huge mess!

My grass looked better before trugreen started working on my yard .
The mistake I made was to pay the full amount when I signed the contract otherwise I would not have paid them and I would have canceled my account.
They would show up every month when no one is home and stick a little sign on my yard showing they were there .
The weeds in my yards are still there and I paid them over 200 dollars for aeration but I still have bold patches all over my yard.
I never use them again . They are such a scam .

Terrible service. Aerated the lawn in Mid August that’s not the right time of year. Weeds are still in the lawn. Tried to get someone to come how they play the no call no show game a lot. Got in contact with the sales rep Benjamin Herr he said he would return my call, never called back. Not worth your money or time. Useless. I watched the tech come out and only do part of the lawn. Do bother calling they don’t care about customers or customer service.

I paid to have my lawn Aerated and seed put down and they came out and half aerated and put absolutely no grass seed down. No direct contact phone number for a area or branch manager. They kept rescheduling to come back to do the aeration and seed again but has yet to show up. No body calls to find out what the customer issues are. They are terrible!!!!!
