Beware of TruGreen's Negligence

I no longer trust TruGreen to provide proper care and feeding of my lawn and cancelled my lawn service with them. This is because of TruGreen's negligence when they sprayed hot fertilizer on 7/6/2021 that burnt damaged large portions of my lawn. Despite their guarantee, TruGreen has not offered to fix/repair my burnt damaged lawn with core aeration and re-seeding.
