Excellent customer service

I had a fault with the lenses on my glasses and attempted to contact true vision but due to some technical difficulties I was unable to do this. I was then contacted by the managing director, no less, who made it his personal mission to rectify the issue. This resulted in a few emails back and forth as I had difficulty accessing the site and despite being on holiday, James(the director) managed to resolve all issues. I was sent a new pair of sunglasses and a free wallet.

Fantastic customer service, I would definitely recommend this brand.
