My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent. The Customer Service was always available and all of my questions and concerns were addressed timely. Delivery was on time and the staff was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you! Valerie
The Con is on at Frontier.
Far as I can tell the entire company is run by con artist's! Deceptive business practices. Don't sign without lawyer present. Better yet find a better mover.
10/10
I have moved 13 times in the last 20 years. This was by far the smoothest move. I was skeptical after the last moving company screwed me, but everything went according to plan! Every one was on time and did what they were supposed to even on a time crunch. recommend 10/10
The team was amazing
The team was amazing. They were efficient and professional. Very nice guys. They even brought some furniture of mine out to the dumpster at no extra charge. My stuff got to my new house in 8 days which was 2 days before expected which was wonderful. They kept in touch the whole time and answered efficiently every time I had questions. (Ask for Michelle) Will definitely recommend.
6k and 11 days to move a 1 bedroom apt!
I was quoted $1997 to move a one bedroom apartment 300 miles. I was also quoted a 1-2 day delivery window after my pick-up. The final cost was 6k plus and as I sit here and write this, eleven days after pick-up, I still don’t have my things. Is what they do illegal? No. Unethical? Absolutely times a million. If you are considering a move with them - run far and freaking fast like Flo Jo.
Sad display of truths & professionalism. Scheisters!
I will keep this short as it appears everyone else here will be mirrored by my response! At 1st all seemed well TILL (Express Movers) Frontiers contracted mover picked up our belongings. ZERO COMMUNICATIONS FROM ANYONE once our belongings were picked up then they said they attempted a delivery in Florida coming from MD (6 days) after pick up. Driver was to call after initial pick up & never received ANY CALLS. They did NOT ATTEMPT A DELIVERY!! Again no communications. When our belongings did arrive Express Movers wanted another $500 to redeliver. I had no documentation for such charges. I called the local SHERIFFS OFFICE & they arrived & they basically told the driver he MUST honor the contract in hand & for him to unload & then attempt to get monies ($500) after delivery!! We had the monies for delivery!! Common sense prevailed! The sheriff spoke to dispatcher & he (dispatcher) TOLD THE TRUTH (he couldn’t lie anymore) to the sheriff that an attempt was NOT made & it was taken to a storage facility & NOT an attempt at delivery. So…the sheriff took care of situation & EXPRESS MOVERS CAN POUND SAND!! Stand your ground folks with these people from Frontier & Express Movers, the masking of truths will sink any business by NOT BEING HONEST!! Better yet don’t hire them!! Communications are paramount & we received no such respect!
I recently had a long-distance move…
I recently had a long-distance move from Maryland to Massachusetts, and the crew that helped me was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
They handled everything with care, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure all of my belongings arrived safely. What really stood out was their professionalism and positive attitude.. they treated my move like it was their own. Moving can be such a stressful experience, but these guys made it feel easy.
I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for movers who go the extra mile, this is the team you want!

They are Broker not moving company
I want my $500 back, as I previously requested, but instead, they tried to cash another check for $625. When I contacted them, they told me I shouldn't be communicating with other moving companies. The other moving company informed me that they were a broker. I also received a rude email from them. They should not take advantage of senior citizens.

My advice please DON’T Use this company…
My advice please DON’T Use this company , your deposit goes to a broker , they hire a company of ( Mexicans) and they want CASH only . Only 434 cubic feet is about 12-14 pieces. They wanted an extra 3,000.00 - 4,000.00 more for my inventory . The office was closed that week so my final list didn’t get in computer . ( the movers said that they didn’t go by the list only cubic feet . On web site they accept checks the movers said no checks CASH only . Cheaper to rent U-Haul , please find another company . My actual rating is definitely a MINUS

This company lies.
I went for a phone interview and was quoted 4k to move and it was 'guaranteed' my rates won't go up. The subcontracted moving company came by and it was 8k and that's not even the final price. Do not use these people.

Horrible Experience - Do not do your move with this company
Horrible experience. Do not use this company. They use aggressive tactics to increase your price on moving day when you have no other option. Also had a number of things lost and broken.

used a terrible third party mover. Changed our price close to moving day
First close to the time of pick up they basically doubled our price because we added a few things. They used a third party moving company which was terrible. The experience we have had so far with the third party company hired to move our items.
Express Movers is as follows. The gentlemen only spoke minimum English. They had to use the phone to communicate more than basic English. They didn’t mark or tag any box or item.
when they delivered the items, things that were missing: a 55 inch TV, A NEW chrome ceiling fan, two irreplaceable pictures. 1-our son’s cub scout uniform with all his awards and a picture of our son’s college campus from the 1970’s, a coat rack was broken and most of the boxes were either badly bangled or the plastic cracked.
I have placed a claim with CSI. We will see how it goes.
Terrible terrible, terrible, experience. ...For the expense!
Well Frontier Moving Solutions replied with a regular, I am sorry reply. Yes, they are a moving broker. That means they should be vetting MUCH more careful the contractors they use and responsible for whom they broker out to. Then having to file a 3rd party claim that can take up to 120 days. Wow. Not good business at all. They will never get a recommendation from us unless they compensate us some how. Our personal insurance should not be involved. Frontier Moving Solutions hired a company ( independent contractor-contract was still in Frontier Moving Solutions name. That company did a terribly unreasonable job. Frontier Moving solutions reps sounds so nice on the phone then they stick you with a company that doesn't even tag the boxes and then drivers go through your items and clearly take what they want. Awful business. I was a business owner for many years and hired many independent contractors. I ultimately had to take responsibility of those independent contractors if something went wrong. I made sure I made things right with the customer. I didn't just say oh they are independent and dismiss their egregious errors and stealing or misplacement of items. I wrote an email to both Heather and Marisa if you want to talk about this further.
I am also going to pursue to know if the drivers were legal immigrants or illegally. They couldn’t speak hardly any English and had to play a recorded message on the phone. I want to know if they actually passed their licenses test!

Please don’t support these guys! You will be sorry!
I paid top dollar for Frontier Moving Solutions to move my items from Roanoke Virginia to Denver Colorado. Their movers showed up on the wrong day when I was out of town. They then put my items in a local storage space. I called several times to see when they would be able to move my items to my home. They just fed me times … 5-10 days … a week later it was 6-10 days. Days would go by with no update. Eventually they wore me down and I agreed to pick up the items myself having slept on an air mattress for weeks. I did not sign any release form saying that the insurance I paid for no longer covered the items they moved into the storage space. They never informed me that I would be liable for their mishandling of my items. It appears they dropped and damaged the screen of my 65” Sony OLED. The whole corner is bent and the screen is shattered in that area. A Scandinavian design bed frame and leather chair was damaged too. All these items were packed, handled, and moved by them into the storage space. I only asked them to please reimburse me for the damaged television. They said it was not their responsibility and that the insurance I paid for would only cover 60 cents per pound anyway, and so didn’t really didn’t matter if I was covered or not. I could believe they said that. They asked if I had pictures … I said I did and they hung up on me after they said it didn’t matter. They know they did wrong. It’s too small an amount to seek legal help. They’d rather take a bad review than do what it honest and right.

Do Not Hire Frontier Moving Solutions
In July, I hired this company to move my belongings from Washington State to Wisconsin in the beginning of August. I paid half the quote up front, and the remaining balance was to be paid half at pick up, and half at drop off. A few days later I received an email stating they have been trying to get a hold of me. I had not received any calls, texts, or other emails. I called the company, and spoke with a second representative. She wanted to go over the items I needed to move. It turned out the original person I spoke with entered in the information incorrectly, which caused my quote to up a considerable amount. I asked about a refund, but she said it was too late. So I had no choice because I needed to move. After the phone call, I looked at my original agreement, and it said that I had three days to cancel and get a refund. The email and phone call happened on the fourth day. When the movers showed up, we went over the list of my items, and was accurate, but now they said it would cost more because it will take more room due to extra items, and big items. I told them there wasn't anything extra, the list they had matched exactly with what I had packed, and that they were aware of the item sizes. They wanted to charge me even more money. I spoke with a third representative, but she was unwilling to help. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get my stuff, it took 14. When the movers arrived, I noticed they weren't the original ones. When they opend the truck, I saw all 27 of my boxes completely smashed, two tv's that were boxed had severely damaged boxes. When I questioned the movers about the condition of my property, they just gave me blank stares. I spent my last $5,000 moving, and now I have to find the money to buy 27 more boxes to repack all my belongings. Not to mention unpacking every box to see what's damaged and/or broken.

Highly INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL
Highly INCOMPETENT AND UNETHICAL. STAY AWAY! Felt like we were dealing with THIEVES & SCAMMERS! I cannot even begin to explain the disappointment of our experience working with Frontier Moving.
We received a quote for around $2,500 for our move and we confirmed numerous times with the sales agent and customer service, the inventory list, dates, details of pick up and drop off, and number of boxes for our cross country move. Despite this, on the day of the move, the truck arrived and the movers proceeded to threaten us saying we had way more stuff than they expected to move and they had to ADJUST the price to $4,800+ or they were going to LEAVE. We had this day booked since we were flying away the next day for the move and obviously with 24 hr. notice it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a new mover. This experience was EXTREMELELY difficult to deal with and in addition to the increased small fortune they charged us, it was also a stressful experience dealing with the movers threatening to leave.
The explanation we were given was that our black zipper bags with zip ties were not sufficient and they all needed to be boxed up. And that the inventory was more even though we had LESS inventory than what was QUOTED and CONFIRMED numerous times!!!
Funny enough, at arrival, none of the black bags were in boxes!!! UNBELIEVEABLE, they loaded them as is anyways. It felt to us like they simply were unethically increasing the price and pressuring us with the bait and switch to DOUBLE our move price or leave us stranded. They also added multiple bogus charges such as a wait and long haul for hundreds of dollars each which were added arbitrarily, of which we have evidence.
Ideally that would be where the disappointment with Frontier Moving ends but that was not all. On the receiving end there were several serious and costly mistakes made by the movers. To start off they were late on arrival. In addition, there were a number of things that were DAMAGED, including damage that occurred to the bed, bedside table, and the complete loss of the screws to re-assemble a table! They ended up leaving the table unassembled and in the middle of our apartment so we have to buy screws and put it together ourselves or throw it out altogether.
Overall, STAY AWAY! They have some good reviews which led us to book them and it was a terrible experience. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company!
Do not use this company. We were initially quoted 3900 to move from Colorado to New Mexico. Not a tough move by any standards. They will lie to you as long as they get that first deposit at which point you have no choice. When it came time to have their "assurance guaranteed" call, based on what we told them, our price jumped to over $5000 and they wanted 40% up front even though I had already put down the initial payment (which was roughly 35%). Fine, we had no choice and the guy I spoke with was anything but helpful. He couldn't articulate why the initial payment was 35% and now they wanted 40%. The math was just not making sense. The day of pick up came and all of the sudden they didn't have enough room and the quote jumped to over $8,000. We grinned and said fine. I mean they were already there picking our stuff up. That was August 4. They initially said that our stuff would be delivered in between 1-10 days. Today is August 15th and we still do not have our stuff. I get a call from them today and they tell me my stuff is coming tomorrow. To boot, we don't get a discount for our stuff being grossly late and she tells me over the phone that they reserved the right to be 5-15 days after the initial delivery date which was August 7. Long story short, the contract means nothing. They change it how they see fit and when they see fit. I wish I had known about this company's practices before I signed. Do not make the same mistake! Go ELSWHERE. I hope my stuff gets to us soon.
