It's become clear that the gig is up for these guys. Just look at their promo page - current offers are reflecting September and October and it's now late November 2024. Been waiting 6 months for a payout!!! Same old excuse every time, we're trying to sort this out, system issues, blah, blah blah.

Now at 6 months of waiting on withdrawal. Site is beyond fraudulent. will never payout. same reply everytime "sorry for this. we will have this sorted soon. sorry for delay." same nonsense everytime. Stay far away. will not pay customers at all.

If I could give negative stars I would! Fraudsters and Crooks - Avoid like the plague. My experience with them happened two years ago but it still irks me. I deposited and made my first bet $1000 on MLS Montreal to finish as the top Canadian team at about even odds 2/1. The next two weeks they won both their games and their competition Vancouver/Toronto both loss so the odds changed dramatically to about 1.1-basically going to happen. Next thing, I log into my account they've cancelled my bet returned the money to my balance - upon a phone call this woman gives me a BS story how their computer system lost all their bet data and they had no choice but to reset system. I've made thousands of wagers in the last several years and never heard such a story and they stuck to it. Then she holds my balance hostage as my new limit to bet is $1 - and I can't withdraw because as a new customer I took a 20% bonus or some BS and has to rollover. After several stressful days and awful ongoing correspondence they agreed to refund me my $1000 - horrible human beings

Is anyone able to provide an update on their withdrawal? I withdrew $3.5k in early April and have not rec’d. Multiple support emails with basic responses. Have reached out to commission and they do respond but with you will get paid out in order of withdrawals requested. Anyone been paid out at all?

The bottom line is that they simply won't pay you. Either you are going to lose your balance and waste your money, or you are going to make a profit, make a withdrawal, never have it processed, and waste your money anyway. If they wanted to, they could apply to the OGA and become an official Ontario sportbook, but then they would have to follow all sorts of inconvenient rules and regulations that wouldn't allow them to continue being the scam site that they are...

DO NOT make a deposit to this criminal organization. You will never see those funds again. They are the worst book I've had the misfortune of dealing with in nearly 30 years of online betting...

Horrible no live agent at all just goes to email which they ignore. The max bet on all there markets is so low will only let me bet 0.5 on a home run hitter. Only up to $340 on money line. Apparently have a bonus but won’t let me use it. This is the worst site I’ve ever been on

I requested a withdrawal Feb 23rd, and now over 2 months later (May 8th) I still have not received my money. They respond by email saying they're behind on withdrawals, but can't provide an ETA. AWFUL experience. STAY AWAY.

Also they claim to have live chat and a phone number but neither is true, they may or may not answer emails but their response just says you have to wait longer…I waited and the money never came.

Like others have mentioned, this bookmaker has clearly got some serious issues. I have tried to withdraw multiple times, some withdrawals have been pending for weeks with no resolution, customer service just say there is a delay for withdrawals but don't outline what it is. Currently i have one that has been pending for 12 days. They operate under the Kahnawake commission license, but these folks don't respond to complaints either

They won't pay out their withdrawals. My 94 year old father withdrew $400 mid January and still has not seen the money. You can't call them, they won't answer emails. I spoke with the Ontario gaming commission and they don't regulate this site, therefore it's legitimacy is in question. I'm going to write them a letter and if they don't respond I'm going to call CTV News and see if they want to do a story. There's lots of us out there that are waiting for our withdrawals.

the support in the mail says only to wait, I can't get any funds from them yet, and therefore I am writing an angry review from them

They do not honour withdrawals, everything was good until time to withdrawal.
I deposited, got the bonus and ended up losing everything on sports bets as per usual.
A few months later, I got an email from them for free spins, I ended up turning that into $700 and tried to withdrawal $400.
2 months later and it had still not gone through, I asked why and they said you have not deposited. I looked at my history and my deposit I made with them was not there, deleted I assume over the 2 years since I made the deposit.

The page has all the sports I want to bet on and I haven't had any issues with withdrawals so far. So as long as I don't have any issues I can't leave anything but a 5-star review.

This sportsbook seems to be having liquidity issues and they are blaming it on "technical issues". If you try to make a withdrawal you will receive an email saying that it has been processed only to wait days/weeks with the live chat agents telling you that there are "technical issues". This is a common shady practice from sportsbooks that don't have enough money to pay their customers, they are likely waiting for other people to deposit into their sportsbook before paying you which is very Ponzi-like.

I fell for their bonuses. I won the money. I have fully verified my account. And I haven't been able to withdraw money for 10 days now. They have endless problems there and we have to wait.
All the negative reviews are true. They just don't pay.

As an avid sports bettor, few months ago I would have given this site a 5-star rating. They have great support, amazing bonuses and promotions, and a good interface for placing bets. I placed large amounts of bets on this site over the year, and so far there aren't any issues like limits, incorrect payouts, etc. Really can't ask for more from a sports betting site.

The only reason I'm giving them 4-star is their delay in withdraws in the past few months. Eventually I do receive my withdrawals in full, there are no issues there, it's just the time it takes is longer compared to other well known sportsbooks. Hopefully they fix this issue soon, and I'll change my rating back to 5-stars.
