Trueluck did not approve or pay out my €5,000 withdrawal.

All of my documents were submitted correctly and accepted. Customer service told me that the finance department was experiencing delays in approving withdrawals, even after the 48-hour timeframe stated in their own policy. I deposited €800 without any issues, but when it came to paying out my winnings, nothing happened.

Please be aware that their policies are misleading. After doing some research, I found that their headquarters are located in Costa Rica. They operate under the name Sapphire Summit and run multiple casino brands, so be warned.

I consider myself a fair person, and I believe gambling and losing is always a personal choice. However, not getting paid out when you win, even when you’ve followed all the rules, raises serious concerns. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and I’m honestly shocked. I had accumulated 190+ euros after losing a lot and whenever I withdraw it fails. Customer service says the last deposit was not received by them,how come? The money was deducted from my account. This is the first time i witnessed this kind of case.
I was playing in this casino and like sometimes happens i was losing and losing. Keep buying bonus rounds of sweet bonanza 1000 and the losing was so bad i litterly bought maybe 30 a 40 bonus rounds. And lost at least 95% and the one with profit was max 5 a 10 euro profit. I contacted the by chat (i got the screenshots).
I said to them what was happening and they LITTERLY said:
