Zero Ethics/Zero Character
If you value ethics, honor, and character in business, never hire these guys. "Terry", Trueline's CEO, possesses none of these.
He agreed to build a prototype for my company, then, when he didn't like that we were also talking to an overseas company about European production - which he had nothing to do with, whatsoever, he kept our prototype - and our money.
The most disappointing part: He went radio silent. Refused to return our calls/emails. Just ghosted us and kept our $2k deposit. What kind of guy does business like this, unless you're still in high school?
We thought about suing, but instead, will save the attorney fees and just tell the world what type of guy runs this company.
