I bought a 24" concrete floating ramp sink in a pale grey ("concrete") and couldn't be happier. First, customer service was outstanding -- they answered all my questions ahead of time, and kept me apprised of the order status (it does take a while because each sink is custom manufactured). The sink is gorgeous, and extremely easy to keep clean. I highly recommend Trueform Contract both for the superiority of their products and the professionalism of their customer service.

Great product and accommodating customer service

Great product and great service. The only issue initial misunderstandings on shipping. Once those were sorted out it was flawless. Michael Sibilia became the “go to” guy on shipping, and I think he works at least 20+ hours. The table color is exactly the color of the sample.

High quality product, delivery took a bit longer than expected

Overall, it was a good experience. If you have a straightforward need for a concrete sink, the experience is good. Custom requests are very expensive. Customer service was great.

I love working with the Trueform team. They are so helpful and make life so easy. Especially when your crew loves to lose brackets, etc.

AWESOME!

Honestly, at first was immediately taken back because their customer service was lacking. Hard to get in touch with and I had to go through multiple people just to order my product. Once ordered, I asked their employee how the sink was mounted and he told me that the sink would be mounted by two brackets that are attached to the wall. I clarified with them, outside of the wall or inside on the studs, and they said that the sink could be mounted from the finished wall.

Once the bracket and sink came in, we quickly found out that the sink bracket needed to be attached to the studs inside of the wall and at specific measurements. None of which was told to me. The contractor had to remove the finished tile and drywall on the wall so that we could install the brackets. He has since back-charged me over a thousand dollars. When I brought this to their attention, it was dismissed as our fault and basically, "oh well you cant prove what we said, so we arent at fault".

Very Unprofessional through out the process. They also need a new bracket system, their current bracket doesnt fasten the sink, it only holds it up --- not very secure.

I must say they were great! did not only as they said but made it look great and very nice sink. Planning now to only purchase from them when I need such a sink and the quality made me look good.
