Scammed by True Diamond Jewels. My sister in law came from the UK to buy jewellery for her daughter's wedding and we came to True Diamond Jewels through a reference. We got cheated not only with our money but also on quality. These guys add fakes in between. Now they are not answering our calls to. Such cheats!

We purchased a custom made setting in platinum with pave diamonds and a halo of sapphires for my heirloom diamond in October of 2022. The ring we received is absolutely incredible. The diamonds and so sparkly and the sapphires are a rich blue. One of the reasons I chose this company is because they advertise that the diamonds they use are ethically mined. The setting recently appraised for more than 3x the price we paid for it. We are extremely satisfied customers and have begun the custom design process for a matching wedding band. Extremely happy with the quality of workmanship, quality of products used, and overall value in terms of cost we paid. My only piece of constructive criticism is that we did not receive any sort of certification that the diamonds were of ethical origin. Highly recommend Edward and True Diamond Jewels. We purchased from their Etsy shop.

The ring looked great, but the fittings were poorly put together and one of the sapphires fell off. When I asked about a warranty, I was told one year, but when I tried to use the warranty, they turned around and said there wasn't one, even after offering to take care of the ring. I received no other response. Ended up going to my local jeweler to get that fitting and the rest redone so the jewels would hold properly.

Per your reply: none of that is true. The item had been purchased leas then a year before I contacted you. You offered to repair it for a $100 fee, not for free, and when I asked for the shipping information, I never received a reply. I have the email proof of all of this. I tried to get this resolved several times but you never replied, also going to the point of saying that you actually do not offer warranties, but were willing to repair my ring this once. So you can lie all you want, but I have the proof.
