:) amazing staff

The customer service with the live agent was amazing they helped me fix a mistake on my order super fast. The product is unmatched these tees are so comfortable super durable and hold the color for years I had to order last at least 3 years ago and the shirts I ordered are still in my rotation. Best company out there!!!

Stef at KOP store was super helpful and very patient with my questions :) Jimmy was courteous as well.

I ordered the wrong size but it was on finial sale could not return it. But support got back to me within a few hours and offered me a gift card AWESOME. I have ordered a few times highly recommend True Classic 👍.

My experience with True Classic's customer service team has honestly been amazing. And I'm (unfortunately) not always easy to please. They responded to my emailed request in a timely, unexpected, and truly remarkable manner. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate True Classic a 10.

Martin was awesome

I was skeptical, but I was sick of my Next tee shirts being itchy and annoying and ordered a pack of three True Classic t shirts to see if they’d work for me. They arrived after 3 days and I can’t believe how soft and comfortable they are. I do workout, and they fit nice and tight around the chest, shoulders and arms, but give enough space and length around the belly, which is exactly what I’m looking for. I just ordered another 2 black t shirts, because I’ve found my perfect fit. Very happy!!

the pima short sleeve tees have very thin incompetent collars after washing the collars on this great fabric flimsy and has no form. i called and sent in pics of the unwearable poor wearing of the tees shirts and they promptly sent me new ones of a different style and said they would give the feedback on the pimas to corporate...great customer service...the core tees in classic crew are great. hopefully they improve the premier pima cotton design as well to match wear quality of the original tees....all in all good experience. definitely would buy more.

Contacted customer care due to receipt of a wrong size item in a 4 pack (mislabeled). I received immediate feedback and then shipped out replacement item at no charge. All within 24 hours. Very good experience.

Awful experience, absolutely swamped in marketing comms from this company. You don’t need to message me every day.
Plus quality of the T-Shirt material is not great, bit bobbly for my liking

Just recieved my true classics t-shirts, ordered the 2xl as the sizetable said for my body. But now I'm disappointed. They are to big for me, as I put them on I noticed immediately that the sleeves were to lose as is the rest. The overall quality is good, they feel good on your body. But definitely disapointed in the size and the sizingtable.

Customer service with the team at true pilot was absolutely amazing. From first time inquiries to order support.. these guys have it dialed in. Thank you again!

Status stuck on “waiting for details”. No tracking, no communication.

Great shirts with great service. I had an issue with sizing and they fixed my issue with a replacement pronto. I shall look forward to doing business with them again.

I fell for the social media hype and tried True Classic Tees regret it immediately.

Paid for expedited shipping (3–4 days)… took almost a week. Had to chase their “support” team for TWO DAYS just to get refunded.

Shirts showed up smelling like straight chemicals and feel like something you’d get off Temu for a fraction of the price.

Overpriced, overhyped, and underdelivered. Now let’s see how bad the return process is… I’m not holding my breath.
