My issue was resolved, but it was quite upsetting in the process, so I'm not giving full 5 stars.
Issue was an autoship order sent without any notice and without me signing up for auto ship. I was refunded. But it took several calls and feeling like I was dealing with someone who didn't know anything or didn't care. It turned out well, but it took a lot of my time and was upsetting.

Disappointing Customer Service and Resolution

I contacted Tru Earth customer service after realizing I had accidentally purchased dryer sheets instead of laundry detergent. The packaging has changed, and I bought the product without noticing the difference.

I first asked the store for an exchange and was refused. I then contacted Tru Earth directly, explained the situation, and asked if the product could be replaced with the correct one. They also refused and instead offered a 20
off coupon.

This resolution is totally unacceptable. The mistake was understandable due to the packaging change, and similar products are available on Amazon for less money anyway. To make matters worse, Tru Earth regularly emails 30% off coupons, which makes the 20
Off offer feel even less meaningful.

Overall, very disappointing customer service and lack of flexibility. I expected better from a company that promotes itself as customer-focused.

Used these for years and was devastated when (for a short while) they became unavailable. Delighted to welcome them back to the UK with a new, (seemingly) more reliable distribution partner!
These laundry sheets clean brilliantly with no residue, are very easy to store and the fragrance-free option is one of the very few laundry products that does not exacerbate my son’s chronic eczema. Highly recommended!

Fake green company. just because your product is "sustainable" don't mean you are. in it for the money like all others. green only for marketing purposes

They debit your account without your permission or authorisation and send you products once you've ordered once. They don't answer the phone or return emails. BE WARNED

Awful customer service, they sent the strips from Canada to Spain, they arrived in a shocking condition, the cardboard was torn and crumpled. I reported this to customer services before accepting the delivery thinking they would offer a refund-rebate but they offered nothing! Since it was likely the strips would be damaged and on top of that Spanish customs also wanted me to pay extra tax which would have doubled the price of the product... I refused the delivery. I since found ´soap nuts´ which are a cheaper and more natural alternative and are working great for me.

Bought these as an eco alternative to washing detergent, cost £13 quid for 32 strips which is quite pricey (hence the 4 stars, not 5) however I was very impressed with the product.

The product itself fit through the letterbox no problems and is about the size of a small Amazon envelope

I used 1 strip for half a basket load of washing, about 5-7kg, I was quite sceptical because the strip was about the size of a business card and I doubted they would be able to clean a load of washing however one item of clothing had 3 day old hoisin sauce stains down it and the washing came out smelling and looking fresh, no sign of the stain so it clearly works!

I should add that I have very hard water where I live so I always add about 25g of soda crystals to my wash to soften the water so results may vary if you have hard water.

I will be buying again but will invest in the 300 odd pack as it works out a lot cheaper in the long run.

Very good product. Significantly better for the environment and just a few pennies more. Well worth it

Love the detergent strips. Clean really well and smells lovely! Tried the wool drier balls, had an issue and customer service solved it immediately! Got a replacement and now my clothes come out of the drier soft and fluffy. Am so happy not only with the results on the laundry (clean, soft and smells nice) but now I have no need for ugly big bottles in my tiny flat.

They promise integrity, convenience and being eco-friendly. They give coupons that don't work, want me to place an order in canada (when i live in the UK) and really don't care. Customer service is appalling. Not worth it.

Not only have I not received the product after 4 weeks, but also have I not received any answer from the company on several emails sent.
I'd stay away from this company. €30 lost, but I hope other people at least see this.

My account says that my order was delivered on November 19, 2020. That meant that it was delivered to the whoever was going to deliver it to me. I figured that out when I started to track the package. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered. My order has had 3 delivery dates. I do not know if it will actually arrive.

I didn't give them a full address when I ordered their product which meant they would not be able to deliver it. I emailed them but sort of gave up on seeing the product but no! In a number of emails, they explained why they couldn't respond immediately. They resent the product with the proper address and today it arrived! Excellent customer service. Now all I need is for the product to perform and I will be very impressed.

Great customer service! My detergent got lost in the mail because of some shipping issues but they sent a new one without any issues. And the product works great and is much easier to store than a liquid version.
