Happy once I received the right order
I ordered a CREAM pair of socks, but received a Black pair. I emailed true compress asking for them to allow me to return the black socks I haven’t even opened, to then FINALLY get a response 4 days later. saying ‘we are unable to send a replacement at this time’ 🤷♀️ so as a sign of goodwill we will offer you a 20% refund & free postage IF you order another pair! What the ****!!!! So you won’t either send me the correct colour I’ve ordered or refund me my FULL £26?!!! They have cream in stock on line (ivory calm) but can’t send me a pair that I actually ordered in the first place???
UPDATE: After some seemingly miss communication I have received my original order, & thankfully just in time for my surgery. Beware though these socks are delivered from China (not the uk) so will take a week or 2 to arrive. However now I am recovering & wearing my socks I am very pleased with them as they are quite comfortable & far better than the open toed compression socks the hospital gave me. If I order any more I will go up a size again (wide calf) as the regular calf are a little tight even though they are supposed to fit my calf size.

I have sent messages through your platform and emails but to no avail …. I ordered 2 packs of socks with socks free but have only received 1 pack with half and plus socks missing …. Very poor customer service as no one seems to want to respond !

I will not be using this company ever…
I will not be using this company ever again. Waited nearly 2 weeks for them to be delivered, only to receive the wrong ones.
On the website they claim that their shipping is C02 neutral and therefore will take longer. But to offset that, they won't charge shipping costs. They still charged £5.99 shipping costs.
I have emailed them about my concerns, but received no response whatsoever.
Complete con as far as I'm concerned.

Sadly unable to review the socks yet as I haven’t received them after 2 weeks so rating based on service only. Not the cheapest socks so I would have expected them to be here by now.

They sent me the wrong pack of socks…
They sent me the wrong pack of socks (wrong colours) - have emailed their customer service twice to see if I can return/get a replacement with no response. Socks work well but I don't want 3 x black pairs.

Compression socks
Unfortunately not for me These were supposed to be easy to put on prehaps so if you are younger but I am 83 with arthritis in my knees and shoulders with not much strength in my arms really struggled to put them on but we're impossible to get off and had to cut them to get them off so have 2pairs I would like to return please advise if I can Would only buy from you again if you did some with zipps in the future

The socks are comfortable. I particularly like the coloured heels so that I can see that they are on right. And I like the comfort underfoot.

Well made socks
Well made socks. Provide compression that really works. Unlike previous compression socks that I have tried, these actually feel like they are making a difference. Plus they are relatively easy to put on and take off.
