Ordered directly off the site and was expecting 5-7 days for delivery. The cover arrived the next day to my surprise. Installation was easy. Did it by myself in a couple of hours. Looks amazing and fits perfectly.

Brackets provided were not compatible with the composite bed of a Honda Ridgeline plus why would any company make a cover that drained water into the bed? I’m not drilling 5/8” holes in the bed of my brand new pickup! Then the fact that it doesn’t provide security was another nail in coffin! I wasted my money on your product and should have purchased a product from Lomax like I did for my first Ridgeline, a mistake I have since corrected!! The cover from Lomax took less than an hour to install, keeps water out of the bed and provides real security, lesson learned!

Was a little worried as I hadn’t heard of these guys. But pre-sales support was very responsive and informative. Someone responded to my question almost immediately over an hour past their posted closed time. Purchased bakflip bed cover for almost $200 less then anyone else and was offered free shipping. And no tax due to a Memorial Day sale. I placed my order late evening on Thursday going into memorial weekend and I opted for next day delivery (end up paying $26 in shipping for the next day shipping), and had the bed cover delivered late morning that Sunday. Well package and works like champ. Would order from them again in a heartbeat!

The customer service was some of the best I’ve had recently. I had questions about the tonneau cover I was ordering to make sure it was what I needed. An actual person replied promptly both via email and text to answer my question. Then when a little plastic piece had broken during shipping, the immediately helped me process a warranty claim and get that piece replaced. They proactively followed up and ensured I was satisfied with my order.

Excellent seller, my bed rug showed up fast and in perfect condition. I’ll be back.

There were no instructions in the box or online about installation for an 8' bed. On the 8' bed in really need a few more rail clamps for the latches to work properly. Yup have to hold the rail and push down on the cover to make the latches work because there is to much space between the clamps.

Looks great, fits great, would like to have one more clamp for each side. 3 works but 4 would be much better.

I would go 5 stars as the topper fit perfectly after an adjustment.
The threaded knob that secures the topper to the bracket was completely off the bracket when I unpacked the topper. I can't believe that all the parts, spring, washer, horseshoe clip were still in the box after searching for 20 minutes.
Maybe some tape on the knob to ensure it doesn't vibrate off during shipping would help?
This is the 3rd undercover I've owned and I would never buy any other kind.

We found the ladder rack and fas top we were wanting for our work truck. We found it here at a reasonable price and had a discount! When the fas top arrived, we were missing the ladder rack even though our email said both were delivered. I reached out to the company and got an immediate reply with an updated tracking number for the ladder rack which was coming the next day! Amazing prices. Amazing customer service.
