The delivery was quick and in good condition. I haven't used the pillow yet, but I tried it and it feels comfortable, I am looking forward to using it on my next red eye flight. My daughter didn't like the look of hers, she wants the usual shape. I contacted Trtl about the return and they were quick to write back and also human.

I’ve had my Trtl travel pillow for five years now, and it’s still the only one I reach for. What won me over was how lightweight and compact it is compared to the bulky horseshoe pillows I used to lug around, it actually fits in my bag without taking up space I need for everything else.

The real difference has been waking up without a stiff neck. The support stays put even when I shift around during a flight, and after five years it still holds up like it did on day one. If you travel often and are tired of neck pain ruining the first day of your trip, this pillow has genuinely made that a non-issue for me.

The Turtl team provided plenty of communication and assistance when I needed to return one of their products. They advised me in what Trtl product could work for a person of my size.

I purchased a TRTL travel pillow cool. The item arrived very quickly. I did my research before purchase as I would consider this item a bit pricey. However I used it on 2 x 3 hour coach journeys. It took a little adjustment to get it comfortable. I used it while listening to an audio book and used it to rest my head, I fell asleep on both journeys. There was no head bobbing and no neck strain. As i am a very hot person I was concerned it might be to hot but it wasn't in the least bit hot. It was definitely worth paying the extra and getting the cool one. I would recommend this product
