Fantastic customer service and delivery

Scam, scam, scam.
The travel pillow is poorly made, very cheap looking. Certainly is not one size fits all. It does not support my neck, falls down. Way too big.
I'm sure their reviews and FB profiles of so called customers is all fake.
"Company" has not responded to my request for a refund, It's been over a week.

Great cutomer service , I had a problem with the delivery , they started to address the problem in few minutes and not too long before they rectified the issue and send a replacement with expedited delivery , do not know how to thank them for being that great , thanks

One of the best and quickest costumer service I have experienced. I sent an email with my inquiry and request and it was answered almost immediately and my problem fixed.

Received a damaged product, sent a message and in less than 48h I had another pillow on the way.

Sadly this product didn’t work out for me, a previous disc fusion is likely the culprit making it very uncomfortable having something wrapped so tightly around my neck. I love the concept if head support that other travel pillows don’t provide. Perhaps i can be a test case with a future product! Customer service handled it quickly and my item is in its way back to them now.

I ordered wrong product. I asked to the service center and they refunded the wrong order with a kind response in 10 minutes… even I asked at 21h paris time… amazing service. Even though I didn’t receive the product yet, I found their client service is perfect so i do not have any doute on their products :) Thanks again !!

I’ve tried so many different travel pillows I have a collection. But trtl is different. Easy to pack and put on. It’s fits the way I tend to tilt my head so very comfy. It’s a must for long haul international travel. Just get it.

As described clear communication on the whole start to finish- used all ready for a family flight.. now I just need to get more for them as well. Great product. Would recommend

Very vast delivery quality items

Novi was very helpful. I was on your web site and could not find a customer service phone number or email. Went to FB and contacted you through messenger. I was trying to find where I can purchase a petite trtl travel pillow. The customer service agent on messenger sent me many links to the petite pillow, which does not exist on your web site. It was through email customer service that I was informed that the original 2.0 or petite pillow is a special one sold only through Amazon, at $65. I own your original pillow but am 5'2" and the smaller one would be better. I was going to purchase the petite for myself and give my husband the original. But through Amazon at $65, I think I will pass. It was a lot of back and forth for what I thought was a simple question. But I love your product and found your customer reps to be helpful and responsive. Thank you.

Great comms from the company and arrived quickly. Yet to use, but feels soft and lovely so looking forward to using it soon
