Unfortunately the process of providing ID is long and tedious. Once it is approved it takes several days for you monies to transfer. When it finally gets to Cuba it takes another 48 to 72 hours before your loved ones have it.

The identity verification process is tedious but very necessary to ensure account and transaction security. The time it takes for the transfer also depends on other banks.
