Stay far away from Tropical Labs. They are involved in an embezzlement and fraud scheme where they and their founder bilked several hundred thousand dollars from one of their clients here in Colorado. They perpetuated this crime with their now parent company Epic Labs who they recently merged with. Do your research before doing business. They are not in the business of manufacturing for cosmetic brands like they claim, they are in the business of stealing from them. They have been fined several times by their state's cosmetic manufacturing board as well.

Complete scam. Go see their offices before you contract with them. Kim “CEO” is in court for two counts of fraud. It used to be a party favor (yup) company. Dad had to step down. Do not sign any contract with this company!

Horrible experience working Tropical Labs. They have no problem taking client's money, but they always have an excuse for why they miss deadlines and can't deliver on their promises. Management needs to pay attention to their operations and implement some accountability.

These guys took our money and promptly proceeded to dodge our e-mails and calls. 7 months later, we still don't have a finished product.

Shawn and Aldo from the lab "handled" our account. We work with a handful of manufacturers across US on a variety of products and this is the worst treatment we've experienced.

Management, accountability and leadership seem to be non existent based on the way the staffs treat their clients.
