Be aware that although the website says the Trophy Centre in Stirling is open til 5pm weekdays, when I called in person c. 4.05pm today Thursday 19/02/26 to the Upper Craig’s premises it was closed.

No message on the door contradicted the usual opening hours to suggest illness, funeral or other emergency.

A significant amount up unattended mail was visible piled up behind the door.

I have used Glasgow Trophy Centre (Now based in Stirling) a few times now and the sales team are always super helpful and they always try to accommodate your style and ideas for the trophies you wish to purchase.
I had been back and forth with Ansar the sales manager and he was always really helpful and pleasant. I feel he was really patient with me as I was having difficulties paying with our company credit card but we got there in the end with only 7 days until my event and the trophies were ready earlier than expected. Such a great service and well deserving of the 5 stars.

Fantastic service and a great selection of trophies, medals and other presentation items. I had ordered a trophy online from another supplier and was utterly disappointed when it was delivered - which meant I had to find a good quality trophy at very short notice. They could not have been more helpful in providing a trophy and arranging the engraving in less than 24 hours (not their normal delivery timescales but done as a special rush order for us). I will be using them in the future and urge you to do the same.

I worked as an IT contractor for this company and supplied and fitted a network switch. After much haggling and a price reduction, they still never paid me. Buyer and Supplier be warned about these guys, who keep deleting negative reviews by deleting negative review profiles and relisting fresh business profiles.

I can’t give it less than 1 star. Purchased 2 glasses to be engraved cpl wks in advance. 2 days before I needed them, they tell me they couldn’t do what I wanted. They eventually did but only after some firm discussion. Picked up glasses & no presentation boxes despite being paid for & they wanted to charge me more money to get them. Left disgusted

I bought a couple of golf trophies recently from the Trophy centre The service and quality were second to none.I would highly recommend if you are looking for trophies .

Great staff, fast service

Went in looking for some wedding gifts that were to be engraved with a message. Got exactly what I needed and had a great experience - staff were very polite and gave a professional service. 5*

Went to trophy centre looking for plaque as my friend had just passed away. I was greeted by Steven who understood what I was looking for and was a great help I also got engraving done aswell which was a fantastic price. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for plaques,trophies etc go to trophy centre they have a fantastic range for all occasions
