I was having trouble finding engine…
I was having trouble finding engine mounts for my diesel Audi in Canada. I figured I would take what I thought was a long shot and order from this company in Europe. They did not disappoint. I placed my order for two engine mounts and within a day I got an email saying those mounts weren't in stock and they offered a 10% discount on another product from another similar manufacturer which I happily took. Delivery was fast and when I finally got around to opening the box I noticed they also sent me the transmission mount that I did not order (The engine mounts are oil filled and the transmission mount is solid rubber so I wasn't going to replace it, as it was likely in good shape). These guys went above and beyond to make a customer happy, which is incredibly uncommon these days. 11/10 would buy from them again.
