This spares order eventually took 7 days to arrive (after ordering on a next day basis) .. chasing up the delivery became a painful experience - sitting in an extremely long queue (60 mins +). The first attempt to receive my order was blamed on DPD .. a replacement order was eventually placed after 5 wasted days. Overall, not a great experience ☹️

We had to contact customer support after our shower display stopped working. Phone support were very helpful and they sent an engineer within a few days to replace the faulty component at no cost to us. Very pleased with their warranty service.

Help us you get the correct part for the shower, giving us confidence to do it ourselves .

The unit was just as I expected it fitted the same place needed to cut hole in back to route cable, could not find instruction in how to use the middle twi buttons. But Good flow and pressure

I made a phone call to Triton, I was connected with a lady who was VERY polite. She went through the problem I had and quickly diagnosed the problem with my shower unit. After agreeing a price she said she would send the part for me to receive next day. As it was delivered by a courier it arrived not next day but the following day. After fitting the part, the shower worked fine.

The shower arrived promptly and was easier to fit than its predecessor even though it was a direct replacement although an updated model. The only criticism is that the fixing holes don’t line up and I had to drill new holes which required me to purchase diamond tipped bits to go though the ceramic tiles.

Very good customer service and great you can speak to a person.
The only downside is your delivery comes with the jiffy bag unsealed. The first delivery , half the contents were missing. You agreed to replace the missing item, but again the second parcel wasn't sealed. Thank goodness the item hadn't fallen out. That's really a bit stupid. Don't know wether it's at your end or the delivery company.

I renewed my insurance and it was easy to do.

The item was far too expensive.
But the service was good.

Urgently needed a part for shower for disabled person paid express delivery at £7.99 for a £8 part had to wait 3 days with no communication until I telephoned company on the 3rd day to be delivered the following evening at 7 clock very disappointed in this especially as delivery was so expensive could of put it on an envelope with Royal Mail and got it the next day. Very disappointed with the service

Being honest many times im left disappointed by companies. I rang Triton and expected the same service with no good outcome, but no! The person dealing with my request not only found my product but got it to me in good time. Excellent customer service.

My 6 month Triton RIBA stopped producing hot water. As it was under warranty I rung Triton to send an engineer. The lady read out their get out clauses, one being if the engineer finds no fault, I was due a £100 call out clause. I stupidly agreed as I was convinced that something was wrong and it definitely wasn’t low pressure. When the engineer arrived two days later, he called me over after 5 minutes and said “look it’s working”. I don’t know whether he did something or whether it started working again. He could only suggest that it was low water pressure. When I looked at Triton reviews I noticed this is a common get out clause. And it’s a little money earner. My advise is don’t buy a Triton shower. My previous shower lasted 12 years.

As a landlord I rely on tradesmen to make my business run smoothly.
Triton is not one of them.
