They have been extremely helpful in securing favourable electricity contracts for my business. Good market knowledge and understanding of our business requirements. Steve Boston in particular has been very supportive in this process.

A warning to anybody that receives cold calls from this company - they will harass your employees and send them documents to sign without doing the necessary checks before hand. Perform analysis that shows numbers that are shaped to fit a narrative when in fact they will increase your bills (ours is double base rate!!!!) and lock you into contracts for significant terms so they can make BIG commissions. If you are in contact with or they do contact you, its your choice if you engage with them I would suggest not to off my experience. If you do, Please Please Please make sure your employees sign nothing and you do a price check with your energy company and the published price caps before doing anything. I would suggest they are only going to increase costs as they take commission. For me its a battle with Engie the energy company, a legal battle to take the stand for small businesses and to shed a light on this foul practice and al in all a waste of time and resource, don't let this be you! I have attached the outcome of our deadlock complaint so you can where you may end up using this company. Go to google if you want to see the documents to show how you will end up once they entice you in.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Louis Lemarechal at Tritility for the last few months, regarding an alteration to our businesses gas supply.
There's a lot of box ticking, form filling and communicating with other bodies to facilitate this sort of thing. Much of it is outside the remit of us the end users. There's a language spoken inside this industry, only spoken by those on the inside, Louis is one who is fluent in this.
He has without any doubt impressed me, he has been an absolute necessity to navigate through this process.
His energy and enthusiasm towards these tasks has enabled me to get what I needed. This young fellow takes customer care and service to the highest levels, and what a breath of fresh air his attitude is. Always happy, polite, helpful and courteous. Louis has kept me informed every step of the way, and has urged along others to achieve this collective goal.

Tritility have been amazing in helping our business get the right tariffs for our electricity and gas suppliers! It is a nightmare out there and these really are people who you can trust to get the best deals which are so important particularly with the current financial climate
Lianne Allman has supported us over the last 5 years going above and beyond to make sure I get the right deals and meet deadlines for pricing changes etc she is always very professional and puts the customer first, and recently working with her colleague Stef Laird has spent time dealing with an overpayment which they have successfully had refunded!
