Tritex NDT manufacture a range of ultrasonic thickness gauges designed to take ultrasonic thickness measurements to inspect and check metal thickness for corrosion. All Tritex Multigauges are designed for robustness, simplicity and most importantly, accuracy. They use Multiple Echo to ignore coatings, only the metal thickness is measured, which significantly reduces preparation time as it eliminates the need to remove surface coatings. All probes have Intelligent Probe Recognition (IPR), which automatically adjusts settings in the gauge for enhanced performance. In addition, Automatic Measurement Verification System (AMVS) ensures only true measurements are displayed, even on the most heavily corroded metals. Single crystal probes mean accurate measurements on curved surfaces, such as pipes and tanks. Typical applications include the inspection of Ships, Bridges, Pipelines, Storage Tanks, Road Tankers, Lighting Columns, Phone Masts, General Industry and Rope Access use. Tritex Thickness Gauges can be used wherever there is metal that can corrode. Hand held gauges for all surface applications, underwater diver gauges and ROV mountable gauges for subsea inspections and a drone mountable gauge for high level inspections are available. Tritex NDT Ltd is an ISO9001:2015 certified company. All gauges are manufactured in the United Kingdom and come with a 3 year warranty and free calibration for the life of the gauge. Simple . I have pondered for a while (2 years)…

I have pondered for a while (2 years) to make the jump to purchase, and Tritex responded super fast, with all the right answers to my questions.
I also needed to make a quick choice. Within the hour the order was confirmed and delivery, with the option to upgrade the unit if I required. Unit 5650 for steel and GRP was my final selction.
